23/06/2025: A very good experience at Au Bureau. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, ideal for spending quality time with friends or family. The service is pleasant and responsive, and the staff is always smiling. As for the food, the dishes are generous, well-presented, and tasty—special mention goes to the burgers and the sharing platters! The English pub-style decor adds a lot of charm to the place. I definitely recommend it for a relaxed lunch or a fun evening.

15/09/2024: We tested the Sunday brunch formula. A little expensive for children aged 3 (19€/child and 39€/adult excluding alcohol) but very complete. There are pastries, raw vegetables and salads of all kinds, hot items like scrambled eggs, pasta, pizzas, fried foods of all kinds and fruits and desserts of course. Too bad the orange juice is not squeezed and the coffee in a big Thermos. The setting is very nice. And the big plus: the facilitator who suggests that the children do activities on another table. Everyone had a great time. We'll come back!

12/09/2024: A customer for years, nothing to say about the cuisine which is excellent, always with new flavors. However, recently, it seems that deliveries are no longer made by the restaurant's own delivery men, but by independents. As a result, on Friday evening our neighbor found our order on the floor in the lobby of the building, torn apart....while we were waiting for it. After warning Côté Sushi, we had to wait again, time to find another delivery man who was kept waiting.... I am not in the habit of criticizing, saving money is good, but at the expense of very good service and customer expectations, it is anti-commercial. As far as we are concerned, we will no longer be delivered for such deplorable service. Sorry...

16/12/2024: Catastrophic experience. As soon as I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the parking lot was full, even though I had called the evening before to have them confirm that there was indeed space on the day of my arrival. When I checked in, we were tired since it was 10 p.m. Everything went well, with Lucas who was very helpful. However, when I arrived in the room, the air conditioning was set to cold, what a great idea in the middle of December. I tell myself that it doesn't matter, and that I'm going to turn on the heating. Guess what? It doesn't work. So I find myself going down to reception, waiting 10 minutes, so that in the end someone gives me an auxiliary heater by hand. So I end up going back to the room, turning on the heating, and of course, to no one's surprise, it doesn't work either. So, here I am, back at reception again, putting the heater on the desk, explaining very calmly that my patience has its limits. To which the night receptionist replied: “there are no others”. Without obviously offering me any alternatives, and adding the famous and beautiful phrase that we all hear in hotels when we ask for a new room "the hotel is full". You will notice that at no point did I mention the word "excuse me", or "sorry". Fortunately, Lucas, still present, takes the lead, and assigns me a new room. So I find myself at 11 p.m. moving out with all my belongings, only to find myself in a room with a much smaller bed. I would have liked to have been warned. So I decide to stay in my initial room, and endure the temperature. I take the time to notify reception by telephone out of respect. Once this adventure is over, I tell myself that nothing more can happen. Unfortunately, it was too ambitious. What a great discovery I made when unrolling the bath mat, and discovered a pile of hairs (photo taken if necessary of course) right in the middle. Not to mention the many hairs found in the bed. I'm fine with you outsourcing your room service, but do it right. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and I am of course awaiting feedback from you to discuss these incidents.
