10/05/2024: A very good restaurant in Cancale with a view of the bay. Inside, a beautiful room with a pretty decoration decorated with some artist's paintings.
The chef offers several excellent dishes based on fish or shellfish on the menu or on the menu and a wide choice of well-selected wines is available to accompany your meal. Finally, several arranged rum produced in St Malo can end this gastronomic break.
In short, a great discovery in Cancale with, as a bonus, very reasonable prices.

In a traditional spirit we find a real taste of yesteryear. The service is impeccable. Hurry quickly to this temple of gluttony…
04/05/2024: In 2024: Back in Cancale, I couldn't wait to come back here for the famous mille-feuilles. In fact he was better as I remember.
In 2014: Finally, I got them! Crispy, light with a superb vanilla aroma. And at 2€95, even the price is digestible

31/03/2024: Very good restaurant, perfectly located facing the sea. We ate very well there from starter to dessert. Special mention for excellent fish rillettes and the Parmentier hash with salt meadow lamb. A delight!
We will come back with pleasure.

05/04/2024: A welcome that clearly left something to be desired. Once seated, we were told that half of the menu was not available (no mussels, no meat, no boards, etc.). There remained a single choice formula or burgers. The service was average, we had to uncapping the beer ourselves and waited a long time for our food.
A single customer next to us waited for his Burger for 1 hour and when he asked for his order, the owner replied curtly “the wait is like that, you just have to go to the mac and do it yourself. will also wait”
I wondered if it was a hidden camera...

Gérard Bertrand's white wine at a slightly excessive price. Otherwise excellent value for money on the meal.
01/04/2024: Luckily there was a table for two people left outside and the weather was good!!
The welcome and the service without too many smiles but efficient.
The prices are affordable €22.90 starter, main course, dessert. Well presented plates, products, good quality, well cooked. Good address.

28/04/2024: Without doubt the best pancakes and crepes we have eaten... crispy pancakes filled with good, very well cooked products. Warm atmosphere, very pleasant service, thank you for this good time!

15/08/2023: Surprised by some opinions, maybe it was a good day for us or a bad day for them 😅, for our part we were received at 7 without any problem with a fairly large dog without any worries.
The food was excellent and the service pleasant. A downside on the atmosphere because in fact the person who seems to be in charge seemed very cold to me and I witnessed some reprimands to employees who, as managers, must act in the background.
We had a good time and ate well thank you, maybe a good day, I'll let you form your opinion.

10/05/2024: I'm giving this bad rating because the lady at the counter stole 10 from me. In fact while spending an evening with my group of friends we decide to sit at the tapecul so we each have a drink personally I took jagger with redbull so in the 7€ I give my 20 note to the lady she gives me 3 coins of 1 like this I had given a 10€ note so I told the lady that I had given her a 20€ note she gave me I stand my ground so I end up giving up even though on the camera we should probably see the €20 note I find it a shame to scam people I would still like to get it back but €10

01/04/2024: Lunch this afternoon, 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child, we had a great time, great welcome and service, we had to wait before having a table, normal, and top dishes for everyone; special mention to the tuna tataki, a delight! Everything is top notch!
29/03/2024: The bar was built by my grandfather and I still own part of the house above it.
I have always been very friendly with the successive managers and owners and each time take pleasure in sitting there for a drink or an unpretentious lunch, but always served with a smile.
