10/07/2025: Excellent service, the background music is very cool. The drinks are not too expensive. We have a good time in this cafe. Except that as a foreigner, it can be a bit apprehensive, but the service is excellent.

27/06/2025: How can I put it? Your next HQ is a no-brainer: the Café de France. A beer before a concert? A little hunger before the movies? A quick bite to eat between noon and two? Inside or out, they'll always bend over backward to please you. A place I adore, run by a team as friendly as they are attentive, a friendly atmosphere, charming decor, and a warm setting. A million miles from these new, trendy, cold, and soulless places: here, the name takes on its full meaning.

05/09/2024: Three of us and in the middle of a road trip, we stopped here a bit by chance, the rain always being a good excuse for a coffee. Express formulas, 5.50 and, I tell you, what a nice surprise: fresh pressed juice, traditional hot chocolate with real chocolate, pure butter croissant. A sign announced carrot cake slices for €2 each, let's go, verdict: excellent too (approved by the trio's pastry chef). The atmosphere is warm, subdued, almost hushed and you find yourself lowering your voice, without paying attention, so as not to disturb the air around the tables. The waiter was just what was needed, friendly, attentive, smiling but not salesy, aware of our need to escape the rain, to hear it too. The one we imagine to be the boss, who we learned was the author of the carrot cakes, was humble, bordering on embarrassment at our thanks. It was alive without being too much. Thank you for the memory and see you soon.

14/12/2024: Incredible place to eat paella in Grenoble, there's something for everyone, meat, fish, and vegetarian! The family that runs the restaurant is Spanish, they combine Spanish specialties with French specialties. I enjoyed myself. They are super nice and helpful, and the paella was really good. It is served in large individual pans, it’s quite stylish.

19/09/2024: Local petit mais très chaleureux, ambiance très soignée mais pas surchargée. Très bon accueil. Nous avons mangé des pizza, la pâte était excellente! La garniture de bonne qualité et bonne quantité, et aussi là sans excéder. Les desserts, glace au pistache et cheesecake avec coulis aux fruits rouges, étaient très bons aussi (pas faits maison mais de qualité, et copieux). La commande est passée rapidement, même si c´était un samedi soir et le restaurant était plain. Et enfin, ce n´était pas cher ! On reviendra sûrement. Merci!

16/12/2024: On December 6, there were four of us at dinner and the experience was very disappointing. A man greeted us, polite and warm, but it was a young woman who served us to place the order. She seemed very unfriendly. As we had passed your restaurant before and loved the pizza, we ordered the same pizza as last time. We showed a photo to indicate what we wanted, but she replied in a very rude manner: "Didn't you look at the menu?" She also insisted twice that we order drinks first. When I asked her if there was any non-bitter, slightly sweet wine, she arrogantly replied that there was none. I immediately recalled that on my last visit I had ordered a sweet wine and showed him a photo. She was very unprofessional in picking up my phone to ask her manager. How could someone so unprofessional get hired as a waitress? Later we asked for four plates, but she only brought two. If I could give zero stars, I wouldn't even give one. So, pay attention to this restaurant, the pizza taste is great, but the staff attitude is really poor.

15/12/2024: Good pizza, good desserts, friendly service. Unfortunately the room is small and some tables are really too close to each other. A place that I appreciate most when you can eat at the outdoor tables.

Amorino Gelato – Paris Batignolles is undoubtedly one of the best ice cream shops in the neighborhood, but what made my visit truly exceptional was Sofia. Her kindness, her smile, and her impeccable service completely elevated the experience! She has an excellent knowledge of the flavors, offers precise and passionate advice, and creates flower-shaped cones that are true works of art. The ice creams were creamy, intensely flavorful, and above all, true to Amorino's irresistible quality. Special mention goes to the Alfonso mango and the 70% Ecuador chocolate… a true sensory journey. A huge thank you to Sofia for her professionalism and positive energy. Thanks to her, I've definitely found my new favorite ice cream spot in Paris. I recommend it 100%! 🍨🌸
