26/02/2026: Simply wow — absolutely outstanding every single time. Every dish is bursting with flavor and prepared with real passion and creativity. The chef truly works magic in the kitchen. There’s something on the menu for everyone, and each plate looks like a piece of art. Beautiful presentation, perfectly balanced flavors, fast and attentive service, and very fair prices for the quality you receive. A place that never disappoints — highly, highly recommended.
26/02/2026: I highly recommend Bistrot PIM, formerly Saint Vincent, having been there many times. I appreciate the stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness of the waitress and Pim himself. The expert cooking and a menu that changes with the seasons are the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, I'll be back.

24/02/2026: We came for Valentine's Day and ate in the traditional corner. A special Valentine's Day menu was available.
The portions were generous and the food was absolutely delicious; the evening went perfectly.
The wait was a little long, but the servers, always helpful, apologized with each course.
Having already visited once before, the experience was just as good as the first.
I highly recommend this restaurant!
See you soon, I hope.

A wide variety of sushi is available.
Excellent value for money; expect to pay between €15 and €20 per person for an evening meal.

13/03/2026: Their bobun is the perfect balance. I was so shocked when I first tried it, and now I’m completely obsessed with it. It’s absolutely worth every penny. The nem is perfect, and honestly everything is just so good! Also very very friendly service :) highly recommend this place!

18/03/2026: Excellent meal! We ate very well at reasonable prices in a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The portion was quite generous, so I asked for a takeaway box, which was served very quickly. Furthermore, the staff is very helpful, especially our server Dylan, who was truly attentive and pleasant – thank you to him! I highly recommend it, I'd even say go for it!
18/03/2026: This is my third visit already, and I just had to leave a review! I love this restaurant: everything is perfect, from the atmosphere to the food. Special mention to Dylan, a very professional and attentive young waiter, who served us like a chef. I absolutely recommend it!

14/03/2026: This had been my tea supplier for three years, but the owner wasn't there and the new waitresses weren't very customer-oriented. They offer a sample with every purchase; I dared to ask for two samples for every €70 worth of tea. She told me she'd do it, but no more! Meanwhile, they gave a free sample bag to everyone who bought €10 worth of tea. The owner would never do that. It's a shame.

24/01/2026: Lots of great pasta and sauce options. I had the spinach tortellini with arrabbiata sauce which was very good! Pasta is cooked fresh to order and takes about 4 minutes. The service was very friendly, informative and super helpful. There are two different size options and the larger one is quite big and very filling. The pasta stayed nice and hot during my walk home and was very good! Highly recommend!
