Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't get many customers because it's tucked away on a corner of the square. I recommend the lunch and dinner set menus, which are perfect and inexpensive. This evening, while walking past this bar with my partner, we were accosted for no apparent reason by one of the customers, who hurled insults at us. She also pushed me and continued to provoke and insult us. What surprised me most was the reaction of the owner, Romain, who seemed to consider the situation perfectly normal and asked us to leave, even though we were simply on the street, which obviously doesn't belong to him. I find this attitude particularly astonishing. Being assaulted and insulted for no reason by a customer, then being asked to leave rather than being supported or even just listened to, leaves a very unpleasant impression. I'll leave it to everyone to form their own opinion on the values ​​and service of this establishment.

Really well-cooked food, just the way we like it, a trendy, casual atmosphere, and top-notch staff. The service is impeccable and attentive. The ribeye steak was cooked rare; I wish I hadn't had to wrestle with the meat so much—a proper knife would have been appreciated. The confit garlic sauce is divine.

22/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at Istane Pizza, located at 30 rue Docteur Calmette in Grenoble. This pizzeria offers a wide selection of takeaway pizzas, both with tomato sauce and crème fraîche. The dough is excellent, well-made, and homemade, which makes all the difference, and the toppings are generous. I also want to highlight the originality of some of their signature creations, such as the Alla Burrata, Ave César, and Nathalie pizzas. This time, I decided to venture off the beaten path by trying the Georgian specialties offered by the owner and chef, who is originally from Georgia. I tasted the Adjarouli and the Koubdari, and I can assure you they were a real treat. I absolutely don't regret my decision not to order a classic pizza in order to discover these typical specialties. For cheese lovers, the Adjarouli is a must-try. For meat lovers, the Koubdari is simply excellent. I highly recommend trying these Georgian specialties, as they are unique to Grenoble. Furthermore, Georgian restaurants are still relatively rare in France, making this discovery all the more interesting. A very warm welcome. An excellent Georgian wine list, with wines available for delivery throughout France. An address not to be missed!
