14/10/2024: Unwelcoming and not very friendly people, terrible music that was much too loud (I had to ask twice to turn down the music then I gave up because they didn't take my comments into account.), reheated dishes... In short, if you want to spend money for a poor time, this is the right place.

15/09/2024: Very good pizzas with thin dough and cooking over a wood fire. The value for money is very good, all pizzas are 10 euros. A preference for salmon pizza.

02/09/2024: My friend and I came to have brunch with our daughters before the start of the school year, hoping for a moment of joy and good humor for the children, but that was without taking into account the unpleasant mood of the servers in this place. When we signaled to them (with a smile) that we were ready to place the order, they muttered something under their breath (we only heard a "that's good there...!" When one of them came next take the order, my friend couldn't find the list of fruit juices and instead of telling her the waiter told her to put on her glasses then he left without finalizing the order (we hope he left to leave us time to read? 🤷🏻‍♀️) The quality of the brunch really wasn't the best either (salad very faded, jam advertised and missing from the plate) but it would have been just passable without the derogatory remarks and the stressful atmosphere which spoiled us a little. the moment.

25/08/2024: We ordered long drinks, the waiter brought us espressos, we kindly corrected him by telling him that he was wrong and our dear waiter, as kind as a prison door, took back the espressos, put them in a single cup and went back. one lying down and re-serves us the two cups Ps: the table hasn't done anything to you, you don't have to bang the cups on it and I promise you, smiling won't kill you...

29/11/2025: My wait time was a maximum of 10 minutes, but I think it depends on the time of day. Very good service and incredible value for money 🤲 The kebab meat was very good, and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

30/09/2025: Meat from the day before, dry meat, I came several times in the evening and at lunchtime, even meat roll, kebab meat with very little sauce, I advise against it, avoid it

11/09/2024: A reference if there is one, the Paul establishment located in the heart of the center of the Bonne barracks commercial area in Grenoble, is faithful to the level of quality of its numerous references of pastries, breads, sandwiches and drinks. I recommend one of their best pastries of your choice, topped off with a homemade hot chocolate, the ultimate in the matter. With an incomparable creaminess that will make connoisseurs and the most gourmets of this nectar of the gods pale.... And how can we not mention the most pleasant room with chairs or armchairs around round tables which perfectly complete this relaxing place. On the other hand, if you are lucky enough to have the sun that day, don't hesitate to enjoy the terrace with arbor alongside your friends. The chain of Paul stores, the first of which was created at the end of the 19th century (1887), an establishment which has numerous branches. It goes without saying that we recommend this very welcoming business.

01/10/2024: Tried the ravioles and poulet dishes. Good atmosphere and nice food.

22/09/2024: Café waiter is extremely rude and unpleasant (old guy with short curly hair), refused when I asked for a glass of whatever "because I won't make any money off it". I was seated with several other people all ordering coffee, so I don't see the issue (nevermind the fact it is illegal to refuse to give someone water). Gave in and ordered an orange juice, it ended up costing 3.80€ for a tiny little 20cl bottle. Absolute piss-take if you ask me.

24/08/2024: Very average pizzas with little garnish. A lot of extra that there shouldn't be when ordering a pizza. Too expensive for what we are offered . Charming waiters. It catches up a little.

22/08/2024: Last night, we ordered a pizza by phone with a friend at around 10 p.m. on 08/23. I asked them for a Savoyard pizza; the woman I spoke to on the phone asked her colleagues what a Savoyard pizza was! Result: we paid €16.90 for a Neapolitan pizza and not a Savoyard one! I, who am from Savoy, am going to teach them what it is. Despite an incorrect order, the pizza we got was super good, very generous portion but just the regret that he doesn't know Savoyard pizza!!!

19/08/2024: Edit 2024: service as fast, efficient and friendly as ever, however I have the impression that the quality of the meat has declined (fattier and drier meat despite everything, see photo). I haven't tried other dishes to compare the rest of the menu. Before 2022: Always satisfied with this kebab, the breads and loaves are cooked over a wood fire just like the pizzas, good quality meat and top-prepared dishes, always impeccable welcome, I really recommend it!

14/01/2025: The staff is very unpleasant and not smiling or available. Too much waiting to have breakfast. They are very poorly organized.

14/01/2025: Very nice place, clean, spacious, nice background music not too loud. I took the breakfast menu with a hot drink, orange juice, a croissant, 2 slices of bread with butter and jam. Bread and croissant were fresh. The waitress is a very nice lady, welcoming and very polite. I recommend this place while waiting for your train or bus.

26/11/2025: I was drawn in by the concept and design. In the end, I got a salad I'd assembled myself, so it was cold, which surprised others. I'm a big fan of eggplant, but it was very salty and bitter. And I doubt the rest of the ingredients were of very high quality; I couldn't tell where the chicken came from. For dessert, I had a tiramisu, which was more like whipped cream with a few pieces of speculoos, and it was very expensive. In short, it was an experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I won't be going back.

20/11/2025: Great spot for a different kind of lunch! The salad and hot dish options are excellent! The back room is very spacious. I highly recommend it.
