09/07/2025: This evening, on the occasion of my mother's 80th birthday, was perfect. Le Français, a Bourg-en-Bresse institution, and for good reason, everything is done to make you feel good there: the staff, the food, the wine, and the brasserie atmosphere. A big THANK YOU to everyone.

10/12/2025: The staff are incredibly attentive and very pleasant. The food is excellent, with a special mention for the large profiterole-style cabbage roll (absolutely divine).
Two minor drawbacks: the beef got cold quite quickly, and you can feel the drafts when the front door opens.
Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend it.

05/12/2025: Excellent family restaurant with a super friendly atmosphere. The salmon, gnocchi, and pizza were delicious... accompanied by Chardonnay and Nero d'Avola by the carafe... Wonderful. We were made to feel right at home chatting with the staff... we'll definitely be back. Bravo to the kitchen, everything was perfect! Excellent value for money... Top-notch!

I highly recommend it.
04/12/2025: The pizzas and pasta were absolutely delicious!! My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend the carbonara and the pepperoni pizza. The service was excellent.
If you're ever in Beynost, I highly recommend this place. It's a true family-run restaurant with great Italian food. 😁

The prices are extremely reasonable. You can go there without hesitation.

16/11/2025: I advise you not to order from there. This is the second time I've ordered from them. The pizza arrives cold and soggy every time; I have to heat it up. You might as well just buy a frozen pizza; it's the same thing. The person on the phone is really unprofessional. What a shame.

The toppings were poor quality and undercooked; a stomach ache was guaranteed all evening!

Special mention to the ravioli pizza, which I love.

We understand that the staff might be busy, but a smile or less condescension would make a nice change. Prices were reasonable. Please, put the desserts on a board or something similar. It would prevent us from feeling like we're bothering them when we order.
