22/01/2026: A wonderful discovery in Aix-en-Provence. Authentic, generous, and homemade Italian cuisine, featuring fresh ingredients and flavorful dishes. The pasta is excellent, the portions are generous, and the quality is consistently high. The vaulted cellar setting is warm, intimate, and charming, perfect for a dinner for two or with friends. The service is attentive, friendly, and very welcoming; you immediately feel at home. A genuine and delicious restaurant that I highly recommend: Chez Nine.

11/01/2026: We had dinner there a year ago. And we still think about it! The best Italian restaurant we've ever eaten at. The owners were lovely, the service impeccable, and the food divine. With homemade rolls served piping hot! What can I say... it was perfect.

23/11/2025: A very good experience in this purely Italian restaurant. Delicious food and top-notch service 😊👍🏻 The final bill is still a bit steep... perhaps a set menu could allow you to discover some specialties at a more reasonable price than the à la carte menu?

11/11/2025: Awesome waiter. We arrived before they opened and he said “no” but my wife said “2 champagnes?” And he said “sit”. We sat outside with our dogs and he brought them a bowl of water with our prosecco (Venetian cuisine). Next thing you know the place is packed and they aren’t open yet but he kept seating people and taking orders and the spaghetti con vongoles (clams) were to die for. He spoke Italian, French, and a little English, sometimes all in the same sentence, but we all laughed our way to a great meal.
