24/08/2026: A fantastic, tastefully decorated pizzeria with delicious pizzas. The homemade tiramisu was also incredibly tasty. The service was excellent; we were able to communicate well in English, and everyone was very friendly, even when the place was packed! The value for money was outstanding!

24/08/2026: We enjoyed a very nice dinner here. The pizza was available in two varieties, "tomato" and "cream," and was delicious. They also had excellent draft beer.

16/08/2026: A true ITALIAN restaurant in the heart of Honfleur. Run by a genuine Italian couple, you'll also be served in Italian for those who struggle with French. The dishes are delicious and prepared with art and love. In over 100 cities we've visited around Europe, this is one of the best we've eaten at. If you arrive between 12:30 and 2:00 PM, it's best to make a reservation, otherwise you won't find a table. This is in August; I don't know at other times. I recommend Mr. Mario and Mrs. Monica's cuisine to everyone 🥰🥰

We discovered that everything is homemade, right down to the ravioli, and it shows immediately: every bite is flavorful, delicate, and has that authentic touch that makes all the difference. 😍 And then there's the time… Time to wait, yes, but above all, time to do things right. And frankly, that's an integral part of the pleasure! Carefully prepared food is something to be earned, and when the plate arrives, you immediately understand why. Good food is also about knowing how to take your time. ❤️ We also loved the impeccable organization: Madame in the kitchen, Monsieur serving, each in their respective role, with incredible attention to detail. Even the reservations are carefully planned, with tables booked at different times to ensure the kitchen and service remain perfectly managed. Such professionalism! 27/08/2026: I was recently in Sardinia; the pizza there was just so-so. The pizzas from La Base were perfect, smelling delicious and perfectly topped. With a large glass of Birra Moretti, it was pure bliss! Highly recommended.

27/08/2026: While on holiday in Normandy, we decided to have some pizzas. They were absolutely fantastic, both the pizzas and the service! The lady who served us was incredibly kind; we appreciated her warm welcome and the fact that she took the time to chat with her customers. As for the pizzas, they were very generously topped and delicious—we couldn't finish them! They even offered to let us take the leftovers home, which is quite unusual. The Bretons thank you, and we won't hesitate to come back again!

It's rare to find good salads these days. Plus, we booked quickly and easily directly through the website – perfect! I highly recommend it!

13/07/2026: Hello, we had a very good meal. All the staff were kind and friendly except for one waitress who had red highlights in her hair. It would be too much to ask her to smile; we really felt like we were bothering her. It was a disaster; she clearly has no business being in the restaurant industry. On the other hand, all the other staff were lovely!
