25/02/2026: The table service was very good, but during Valentine's Day, the kitchen must have been overwhelmed as our three courses arrived at different times, since we couldn't eat at the same time as my daughter and wife. It's a shame they didn't offer any compensation. Otherwise, the meal was fine.

02/12/2025: For me, this is the best pizzeria in Caen! I'm not usually a big pizza fan, but this... The wood-fired oven makes all the difference. The crust is delicious, and the choice of base (tomato, cream, pesto) is fantastic.
I especially loved the four-cheese and the Andria. Finish with the tiramisu; it's amazing. The staff is lovely, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it 100%!

04/04/2026: A very pleasant discovery for us. The service was quick and the waitress very friendly, the food was excellent and delicious, and the view of the chef was a nice touch. However, the restaurant's ambiance was lovely, and the background music was superb, but some customers behind us were talking quite loudly and aggressively, which deducted two stars from the rating. Without this incident, the rating would obviously have been 5. Thank you for the excellent service and your professionalism. Have a good evening and best of luck with the end of your shift! We hope to see you again soon!

07/03/2026: I am very disappointed with the service I received on the phone today. I was simply calling to ask for information because the burger patty menu isn't detailed on the website. I just wanted to know the ingredients before ordering.
The person I spoke to on the phone was particularly unpleasant and condescending. When I asked what was in the burger patty, she replied curtly, "It's like the picture," in a clearly annoyed tone, as if my question bothered her.
She even told me to hurry up and talk while I explained my request.
Frankly, this is the first time this has ever happened to me when calling a restaurant.
As a result, I didn't order because of this exchange.
So, I apologize...
I'm sorry for being a customer.
I'm sorry for wanting to ask for information.
A minimum of respect and courtesy towards customers should not be complicated.

02/03/2026: After several years of coming to Pino's for the warm welcome and the quality of the pizzas, I won't be going back. Business has far outweighed quality. What a shame... it's packed like sardines, noisy, and the pizzas are of poor quality. It just goes to show that being at the top isn't everything; be careful not to cut yourself off.
