10/09/2026: Excellent pizzeria! 🍕 The pizzas are delicious, generous, and prepared with care. A real treat! The pizza chef is very welcoming, friendly, and passionate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
10/09/2026: A year ago, we discovered this little restaurant at the end of our trip, and this year we stopped by at the beginning of our vacation to make sure we'd come back a second time... Nothing has changed, and above all, nothing should change... The warm welcome from the owner, the music that speaks to the heart, and then of course the pizzas... excellent and generous... Long live Pizza Napoli!

Once there, we were pleasantly surprised: the service was cheerful and just as friendly as on the phone – and we had some fun chatting with the staff. The pizzas were truly excellent and generous! We didn't leave hungry. We even had the chance to speak with the chef and congratulate him. This pizzeria is a delight in every way! Go without hesitation.

01/09/2026: One of the best restaurants I know.
We came in 2021, and I have such exceptional memories of it that it was the first restaurant I wanted to return to upon coming back to Ajaccio, and it was even better than I remembered. So much so that we went twice. Even the children's menu is incredible; all the dishes are exceptional, without a doubt. The welcome is warm and pleasant.
And if I have the chance to return to Ajaccio, Via Roma will be my first destination.

26/08/2026: A little slice of paradise in Southern Corsica! 🌊☀️ The setting at Santa Manza is simply magnificent, with the beach literally at the foot of the restaurant!
The staff are lovely, warm, and welcoming, which makes the place even more enjoyable.
We had a truly wonderful time in a picture-perfect setting. A place where you wish time would stand still… ❤️
A magnificent discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend.
20/08/2026: We parked the car and didn't even get out before someone turned us away, saying we couldn't park. This time I'm considering the welcome; if they let us in next time, so will the rest!

An excellent surprise. It's nice not to be ripped off these days.
01/09/2026: Really enjoyed the seafood here. The octopus was amazing. The portions were generous and very tender. We visited Port Vecchio for five nights and had dinner at U Caseddu three of the five nights. The pastas and pizzas are also fantastic. We’ll definitely will come back again when visiting Corsica next time.

20/08/2026: The owners gave us an exceptional welcome and made our pizzas a pleasant experience.
We wanted to order three pizzas, but unfortunately, they didn't have enough dough left. The gentleman kindly agreed to give us the dough he had set aside for himself. A truly thoughtful gesture!
For very reasonable prices, we enjoyed excellent pizzas: thin crust, generous toppings, and absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend Chez Didier! You won't be disappointed!
