23/08/2026: The staff were friendly, and we had a wonderful family meal. Eating out with children is never easy; you're always worried about bothering them, but here it was great, we felt comfortable. A lovely moment before heading home. Thank you! And we hope to come back someday.

Homemade pizzas, generous and truly delicious, with perfect dough and quality ingredients. The homemade desserts are also delicious; we enjoyed every bite from start to finish! A very friendly welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. A much-appreciated bonus: pets are welcome, allowing you to enjoy a good meal without leaving your furry friend at home 🐶❤️

05/07/2026: Where to begin… with the fact that the delivery van is parked on the sidewalk near the intersection, the electrical cable is lying on the ground, and debris and cigarette butts are scattered all around the pizzeria. Then there's the fact that the pizzeria's security guard is urinating in the street… it really doesn't make you want to come. There are always shady characters hanging around, which is a shame.

28/08/2026: Overall, it's quite decent, like many restaurants in the chain, with some ups and downs depending on the location. The servers are efficient and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It's a pizzeria, not a gourmet restaurant.
21/08/2026: Excellent as always!!
Tonight, the staff's absolute patience with a particularly unpleasant table that alienated the entire evening clientele was noteworthy.
Aside from this "inconvenience," we enjoyed our usual very (too much 😅) delicious meal, for a more than reasonable price.
Thank you to Baïla Pizza Niort for another wonderful meal. See you soon!!

28/09/2024: Very nice table, good atmosphere, good welcome and team very attentive to customer satisfaction. Very good products coming directly from Italy and you can feel it on the plate.

26/06/2024: Je suis très déçu de l'accueil que nous avons reçu lors de notre visite au restaurant. Dés notre arrivée (avec un léger retard), nous avons été confrontés à une attitude peu professionnelle et peu chaleureuse de la part du chef de l'établissement. Nous nous attendions à une expérience agréable, mais malheureusement, cela a gâché notre repas. J'espère que des améliorations seront apportées à l'avenir pour que d'autres clients ne rencontrent pas la même situation.

Les serveurs, l'ambiance en général y est très conviviale la nourriture excellente.

27/02/2024: Sur le retour des vacances on cherchait un endroit simple d'accès pour manger une bonne pizza. C'était parfait!
Arrivés sans réservation un lundi midi et très bien accueillis. Pour moi les pizzas étaient a un prix raisonnable et très bonnes. Bien cuites et bien garnies !
21/02/2024: 2eme fois que nous commandons des pizzas (4 en tout) à emporter ( l été dernier et ce mardi) et quelle déception. La pâte est plutôt bonne mais impossible d identifier les différents ingrédients car tout est détrempé et à coulé dans la boîte. il y a même un trou au milieu de la pizza tellement la pâte est fine et humide. Nous ne comprenons pas les avis positifs ou alors nous n avons vraiment pas de chance. Seuls les tiramisu étaient très bons. C est évidemment la dernière fois qu on se fera avoir...
