19/08/2026: The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly. The terrace was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly.

17/08/2026: We booked a table on Saturday evening for our wedding anniversary. We left very happy; the service was impeccable and we were very attentive. We were offered a complimentary aperitif for the occasion. Not being from the area, we will gladly return sometime.

04/09/2026: The service and waitresses were quite good. However, the food wasn't very good. I ordered a rare butcher's cut, but I received a piece of meat that was overcooked and tough. When I sent my meat back to the kitchen, the waitress brought my plate back because the cook disagreed with me. Poor value for money.

22/08/2026: A waitress was setting up the outdoor terrace, and some customers were seated at a table. I asked if it was possible to have a drink and a platter, and she curtly told me to wait. Then, coming back to me with her menu in hand, she threw it on a table, saying irritably, "You can sit here." If the restaurant hadn't been open, a simple, polite "We'll be open in 30 minutes" would have sufficed. And if this young woman doesn't like her job, I strongly advise her to find another one!

28/07/2026: The food was excellent. I had the set menu, which was very good. The service was also impeccable, provided by an attentive trainee. The only slight drawback is the limited number of vegetarian options, which is a shame. Luckily, there's a decent selection of pizzas in the evenings.

15/06/2026: No pizza on Mondays. Plus, the owner harassed me in my car when I left, disgusted.

28/08/2026: Overall, it's quite decent, like many restaurants in the chain, with some ups and downs depending on the location. The servers are efficient and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It's a pizzeria, not a gourmet restaurant.

21/08/2026: Excellent as always!! Tonight, the staff's absolute patience with a particularly unpleasant table that alienated the entire evening clientele was noteworthy. Aside from this "inconvenience," we enjoyed our usual very (too much 😅) delicious meal, for a more than reasonable price. Thank you to Baïla Pizza Niort for another wonderful meal. See you soon!!

27/08/2026: I don't usually leave one-star reviews, and this is actually the first time, but sometimes it's necessary to point out undeserved restaurant status. We waited over an hour to be served, as a party of four, even though we had a reservation. We were with our 93-year-old grandmother: it's unacceptable to make people wait like that. It's understandable if the staff apologizes for the delay and tries to make things easier, but none of that happened. The service was completely unfriendly, and the food was mediocre (bitter salad, pre-packaged vinaigrette, food that had clearly been defrosted in the microwave). I'm saddened because a bad restaurant doesn't help the center of Saint-Loup village, which deserves to have better establishments. The staff seriously needs to consider training in restaurant management for the future of this business or hand it over to professionals. All is not lost, but the team must seriously improve.

26/08/2026: We booked in advance for four. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted. A huge dog stared at us. We tossed out random "hello"s to other customers. Someone finally took us in. We were eventually seated, but the welcome left much to be desired. After a 20-minute wait, our orders were taken. The minutes ticked by. After 40 minutes, a group of four entered with a small dog. The restaurant's enormous dog charged at the intruder with wild aggression. The waitress restrained it and disappeared for ten minutes to take it to another room. This brief interlude briefly relieved our boredom. The minutes dragged on, punctuated by the regular beeping of the microwave. Our meals finally arrived after a total wait of one hour and 20 minutes. For three salads and one pizza. I've never seen anything like it. But the disappointments didn't end there. Just when we thought we were finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with our meals arriving, the waitress brought my partner a different salad. When confronted with her mistake, she didn't apologize or offer any compensation. The frustrations kept piling up. My pizza was decent, but the three salads my fellow diners ordered were far from their liking. None of them were finished. The experience was awful from start to finish. In conclusion, these people clearly have no experience running a restaurant and don't even try to compensate for their incompetence with customer service. Avoid this restaurant like the plague while these people are in charge; otherwise, you're in for a bad time.
