05/04/2024: I'm a Galzone fan and connoisseur, everyone here speaks to you in English, even if I speak to the gentlemen in French, a total no go. Unfortunately, this was also the worst Galzone in my life, 44 years of experience in: (Switzerland, Italy, Germany, France, Australia, Croatia…), my wife, who ate with me, also confirmed this. The place was recommended to me by a local person, they must be related or something. I dunno, but there are no stars for this. Unfortunately I couldn't post it without stars, so I had to choose one. Sorry, leather is like that.

30/03/2024: Good pizzeria in Évian! The service was fast but a little hit and miss. It is also a shame that pizza knives are very worn and cut much less than table knives.
The prices are affordable and the food is very good! I recommend !

27/10/2023: Good atmosphere and good service, the staff is friendly but in terms of cuisine, I prefer Crous. The price is high but can be explained by its location. I recommend for a meal with friends but lovers of good cuisine, go your way.
Update the next day: the food must have been spoiled because like many other comments on this place, a person who accompanied me was sick. A little health check wouldn't hurt.

06/04/2024: A very cozy and chill atmosphere and decor. Friendly and smiling staff, the dishes are super good and in terms of generosity it's ++++++++ (the tiramisu and the hot cookie for dessert are great, but it's better to share them 😅)
04/04/2024: I ordered truffle cream pasta and Gabrielle's pizza, and both were delicious. But there was too much pasta, so I had leftover...
There are a lot of different types of pizza, but I think it would be fine if you choose from the classic line, and there were a lot of pizzas on the menu with brata cheese on it.
The store is bigger and hipper than expected, the second floor feels like a slightly dark cocktail bar, and the third floor feels like a bright, pink cafe.

Top-notch atmosphere and meals.
We had a great time for a more than fair price. The waiters and waitresses present were adorable. We were served quickly and in a good mood. The wine that we were recommended was excellent! Just like tartiflette. I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed.

23/02/2024: We have always enjoyed eating at Restaurant L’impossible on visits to Chamonix. Sadly the restaurant is still undergoing renovations, but Chef Auro offers a private cooking experience inside your chalet! He made a delicious meal for our friends and family that was the highlight of our visit. His daughter, Marta, provided a selection of delicious Italian natural wines that were perfectly paired with the chef’s cooking. We can’t wait to go back to the restaurant, but having the restaurant come to us was very special. Grazie, Chef!

We asked for a table and the receptionist didn't answer, he made a bad face at us. I asked again for a table and again he made a face of indifference, at no time did he give me a spoken answer, he did not invite me in nor did he tell me that it was full. Just bad attitude.

One star less for the atmosphere because far too noisy. Lots of English in the room that evening.

Yesterday, I had the Savoyard fondue. The best I ate in Haute Savoie.
Fast service, super friendly young people.
Next vacation, I'm going back.

17/03/2024: We came today, Sunday noon, and ordered three pizzas including a children's pizza, the three pizzas just not edible, a bitter tomato spring taste. After having told the restaurant that the pizzas were not good, the pizaiolo took it very badly and made me understand that for him it was good. Plus I had to pay the full bill.

First experience, we ask for the bill, he says "yes, you can have that" then a second time, where he brings us the bill directly even though we hadn't even finished to make us understand to clear it. It’s shameful!😡

04/04/2024: Let's start by talking about prices. A blind. 27 euros for the entrecote of the moment.
An hour of waiting for... HYPER fatty meat, I have the impression that it was cooked in the fryer. I asked for rare but I should have come barefoot because I was served with soles.
Frozen and failed fries... perch fillet also frozen and inedible. Dry, without exception.
Even “fresh” tomatoes are not good.
I recommend the kebab next door, it's not necessarily better. But at least it's cheaper.
I will never go there AGAIN, and I invite you not to go there.
I'm not a certified local guide for nothing.
