The "pizzaiolo" has a haughty and arrogant air about him; he's so irritating, he can ruin your evening. Just keep walking; there are plenty of pizzerias in Cruseille. This man is incredibly insulting; I hope I don't run into him outside...

17/01/2026: I had called ahead to reserve a table for two adults and a baby. The owner confirmed on the phone that it was possible and assured me that a high chair would be provided. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I felt like I had been the victim of a deplorable case of racial profiling: on the phone, the person didn't know who I was, but once I was there, the attitude completely changed. I waited almost five minutes before I was finally given any attention. When I asked if we could be seated and if the high chair for my baby was ready, he replied in a curt and dismissive tone: "No," without any explanation. He didn't seem at all bothered by speaking to me like that, especially since he continued his conversation with other people nearby, as if nothing had happened. We drove for 40 minutes to get there, and we left shocked and humiliated. No apologies, no professionalism. The owner, a blond man, showed no respect or consideration. A shameful experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

31/10/2025: As for the food, the salad was rather bland. And the service was awful—no greeting, a one-hour wait. Avoid at all costs.

11/01/2026: Unfortunately, the pizza was mediocre and of very poor quality. The crust was undercooked, the ingredients were disappointing, and one of the pizzas I ordered was swimming in olive oil—completely indigestible. It's the first time in my life I've ever thrown away a pizza! Perhaps you'll be lucky enough to get one on a day when the pizza maker is actually doing a good job, or perhaps not. I'm taking more of a risk. Avoid it. I don't recommend it.

27/11/2025: What a great find tonight! Being from the area, I've already tried all the pizzerias, and to my surprise, I went to L'Incanto for a pizza that was generously topped and delicious. The crust wasn't dry at all, it was perfect. I highly recommend it!

12/02/2026: A very cute restaurant with a great, family-friendly atmosphere, and the waitresses are very nice. It's a small restaurant; when we went, it wasn't very busy, I don't know what it's like when it's full. The food was very good, but perhaps a little more expensive than similar places elsewhere, but that's a minor drawback compared to the positives. We had a great time, thank you!

25/12/2025: Homemade food, homemade desserts, very reasonable prices, fast service... I recommend it and we'll be back next week.

19/09/2025: Frankly the worst attitude I have ever seen from a waitress. We sat down waiting for her to take our order (or greet us) and she saw us from the bar and yelled: “Yes?” like it’s my job to take her order, not the other way around. I understand that sometimes you have to order at the bar, but a “Hello, please order inside” won’t hurt anyone. I can’t say anything about the food or drinks in there because we obviously left after this encounter. Too bad, getting paid to act like this is really embarrassing.

09/09/2025: We loved our dinner at Le Stone while hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. The pizza and salad was excellent! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

04/12/2025: A truly awful experience, I strongly advise against it. Run away, stay away! It's catastrophic. I've never, ever, ever seen anything like it. The service was unpleasant, the food was bad and slow, and we waited an hour for two pizzas!!!

29/10/2025: It's a shame I can't give 0 stars, traveling 30km to eat in this restaurant that was listed as open online but closed once I arrived.

21/09/2025: The food is good and the setting is pleasant by the water, but the service leaves something to be desired. We asked for bread, which was only served once our meals were already finished. The same goes for water: after a second request, we were never served. It's a shame because the place is charming, but I don't recommend this restaurant despite its location. Furthermore, the value for money needs to be reviewed.

19/09/2025: A beautiful setting, right on the water's edge, but the tables are greasy and slimy from the fatty dishes served. The hot box for €27 with a bit of charcuterie and two salad leaves, all without potatoes; a disgusting Savoyard crust and an overpriced glass of beer; added to this, the deplorable service makes you not want to return. A scam for naive tourists in search of misguided Savoyard specialties. Dear fellow tourists, move on!

18/01/2026: The restaurant is run-down from the outside. Inside, there's a strong smell of cigarettes, and the dining room is drab and outdated. The pizzas aren't great. On the plus side, the owner is friendly.

07/01/2026: Pizza Italia was very good, the service was simple and pleasant. I will be back.
