29/03/2026: This restaurant is now just a shadow of its former self; I won't be going back.

27/03/2026: A pizza listed on the menu with burrata. It was just tiny pieces rather than a ball of burrata like in good pizzerias. Frankly, we weren't even sure it wasn't mozzarella. Isn't that a bit of a rip-off?

20/03/2026: Excellent pizzas. The Mayan pizza was absolutely delicious. Very welcoming staff.

03/01/2026: Extremely thin, overcooked pastry, industrial-tasting filling, served in the cardboard packaging with cardboard cups. The dining room was very poorly heated. I do not recommend it.

23/02/2026: The Riva restaurant is imperial in name only. I ordered a Caesar salad, which consisted of a simple plate of mixed greens with a few crumbs of breadcrumbs vaguely resembling breaded chicken. A minimalist version, to say the least… The gnocchi with gorgonzola cream was equally disappointing: overcooked, even burnt, gnocchi in such a ridiculously small quantity that you could count them on one hand. As for the sauce, it was more like a soup—or simply a gorgonzola broth—than a truly smooth cream. All this for a completely disproportionate price, more like a full three-course meal in a decent restaurant. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

12/04/2026: I arrived with a good first impression thanks to a seemingly friendly welcome, but unfortunately, my enthusiasm quickly waned. The service was disorganized, with a waitress who was visibly intoxicated, which significantly impacted the experience. Orders were mixed up, the wrong dishes were served, and the entire meal unfolded in a state of confusion. As for the food: the pizzas, if you can even call them that, were undercooked and dry; the tuna pizza was questionable; and the Milanese salad was as dry as shoe leather. First and last time at this restaurant.

03/02/2026: I was introduced to this lovely little restaurant with fantastic staff. The pizzas and pasta are good, and the portions are generous. Go without hesitation.

17/01/2026: We always get pizzas and tiramisu. The pizzas are always good, but today the tiramisu was a real disappointment; the biscuits were very dry and it had no flavor. What a shame.

19/09/2025: Frankly the worst attitude I have ever seen from a waitress. We sat down waiting for her to take our order (or greet us) and she saw us from the bar and yelled: “Yes?” like it’s my job to take her order, not the other way around. I understand that sometimes you have to order at the bar, but a “Hello, please order inside” won’t hurt anyone. I can’t say anything about the food or drinks in there because we obviously left after this encounter. Too bad, getting paid to act like this is really embarrassing.

09/09/2025: We loved our dinner at Le Stone while hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. The pizza and salad was excellent! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

15/03/2026: The prices on the website for takeaway pizzas are incorrect. The pizzas are smaller than they used to be. And the service doesn't match the prices.

12/03/2026: A truly shameful experience. The atmosphere is cold and very unsettling; you clearly feel like you're intruding because you're not a regular. The clientele is frankly questionable, which doesn't inspire any confidence whatsoever. The meal is barely acceptable, nothing to redeem the rest. Between the welcome and the overall atmosphere, you just want to leave as quickly as possible. I definitely won't be going back.

22/02/2026: A quick stop in town led us to this pizzeria. There were seven of us, and we were able to eat in. The welcome was fantastic, the staff very friendly and smiling, the atmosphere great, and the organization was excellent—the pizzas kept coming and going. Everything was delicious and delicious! Thank you to all three of you for providing such great service. I'm sure that with a larger dining area, you could do just as well. I highly recommend Pizza Pepone! 😉

20/01/2026: Honestly, one of the best pizzerias in Annecy. The staff is amazing! 👌🏼 The portions are perfect for the price, no complaints! I recommend it 1000%! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

02/04/2026: Very good pizza! There were six of us, and the owner was super friendly and we chatted with him for a while. The pizza was delicious and generously topped. And the same goes for the pizza from the vending machine at the entrance; we tried that one too, since we ate pizza there while having a drink. I highly recommend this pizzeria!

31/03/2026: I love it every time! 🍕😋 The pizzas are amazing, clearly made with quality ingredients. And price-wise, despite some comments, I think it's very affordable compared to other prices in the area…we definitely got our money's worth. The pizzas were perfect… We recommend it 100%!

04/12/2025: I was very surprised by such poor service. In my opinion, you should go into hairdressing; definitely don't go there, the restaurant is catastrophic!!

04/12/2025: A truly awful experience, I strongly advise against it. Run away, stay away! It's catastrophic. I've never, ever, ever seen anything like it. The service was unpleasant, the food was bad and slow, and we waited an hour for two pizzas!!!

19/02/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service is warm and professional; you really feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend it!
