28/12/2023: A rather pleasant service, the pizza had a crust that was a little too thin and burnt, it made the pizza dry. My lasagna was very good except that the top was burnt but the tomato sauce is very good.
10/12/2023: A nice restaurant in the city center, the food is delicious, Cher Paolo is a very pleasant person, I recommend to everyone.

10/05/2024: Overrated place but which will surely appeal to influencers who attach more importance to the photo to be taken for social networks than to the quality of the dishes.
The prices are way too high for the quality offered.
Average and expeditious service.
08/05/2024: Possibility of gluten-free pizza, it's so rare! Thank you very much, it's been a long time since I was able to eat it in a restaurant. And what's more, she was good! Fast and professional service. We will return!

01/05/2024: I came for the first time in January 2023, I had a free-range Thai chicken (a delight) and my partner had tagliatelle with duck confit. I tried his dish and it was killer. I'm going to Italy this week and I made a special stop to eat duck tagliatelle... and once again it's killer.
I love this restaurant, the staff are very welcoming, helpful and very kind.
In short, I recommend with your eyes closed.

05/05/2024: Horrible treatment, it seemed like we were bothering him
With the little French that we know, we ordered two pizzas, and he turned to another who was with him making jokes, we understood that he was ridiculing us.
He asked us if we were going to eat outside, and thinking that there was a terrace, we said yes... When we saw that there was no terrace, we told him inside, and he started to grumble and speak badly.
There were free tables inside and he didn't even let us sit with those
For education, we paid and left
From what you read in the reviews, it seems that he is only nice to the French
Small pizzas, add more ham, grab it!

We ate very well, the service is very good, the pizzas are delicious, the atmosphere is nice.
The service is late which allows you to eat well when you arrive in Chamonix after a short drive.
I recommend !

All the food was next level!
From pizza, to salad, to pasta, to meat and most definitely the dessert your palate will be blown away with authentic delicious Italian cuisine.

10/03/2024: Lovely Italian restaurant in Chamonix, run by Italians. Fabulous pasta & pizza, friendly, great food, amazing giant prawns too, reasonably priced for Chamonix. I go every time I am in town 🍽🥂

We asked for a table and the receptionist didn't answer, he made a bad face at us. I asked again for a table and again he made a face of indifference, at no time did he give me a spoken answer, he did not invite me in nor did he tell me that it was full. Just bad attitude.

We told ourselves not to judge until we’ve eaten…..
Worst crepe of my life. I didn't even know it was possible to miss a crepe.
And more expensive 😂

23/02/2024: We have always enjoyed eating at Restaurant L’impossible on visits to Chamonix. Sadly the restaurant is still undergoing renovations, but Chef Auro offers a private cooking experience inside your chalet! He made a delicious meal for our friends and family that was the highlight of our visit. His daughter, Marta, provided a selection of delicious Italian natural wines that were perfectly paired with the chef’s cooking. We can’t wait to go back to the restaurant, but having the restaurant come to us was very special. Grazie, Chef!
