We had a wonderful time! 👍 The room was really clean, which is the most important thing. 👍 Beautiful mountain views and right at the foot of the slopes (30m away). Breakfast could be improved, but if you've eaten at a restaurant the night before, you'll be full! 😅 The staff are really welcoming and friendly. There's also a Sport 2000 shop 50m from the hotel. 👍

29/03/2026: We reached it on skis at the end of March and stayed with a group. The dinner and hospitality were excellent. The location and setting were beautiful, although unfortunately we encountered bad weather and clouds. The bathrooms could be improved; they're not very large for the refuge's capacity.

01/02/2026: I echo David's review in highlighting the shocking RUDENESS and RUDENESS of the staff at this shelter. I've never had the question (asked to the bartender behind the counter) "What kind of rooms do you have? Separate or shared (which is perfectly normal for a shelter)," be answered: "Yes, we'll put you all together and make you shower naked together." What kind of answer is that????!!?! No Comment. Astonished by the response, I politely (unlike the person in front of me) asked for details and was told: "You just have to read the paper stuck on the wall." Disgusted, I left. I would like to be explained the reason for this needless, rude, and aggressive approach.
