A slight lack of staff training and a lack of clarity on the menu, and perhaps some communication between the front of house and the kitchen.
It's not an easy job.
The pizzas and desserts were very good.
20/04/2026: Judging by all the positive reviews, I think the chef was probably off today. The pasta was bland and tasteless; I've never eaten so badly in an Italian restaurant. Never again.

28/03/2026: My wife and I came here with our 2 kids. We had the "menu of the day" and the salad, the meals and the desserts were all excellent. The rating in Google does not do justice to this place. We had a lovely waitress helping us and speaking wonderful English. Thanks for everything

14/04/2026: The food… AMAZING the service very good also and the French don’t talk very loud so very easy to talk.
06/04/2026: This restaurant is ideally located on the square opposite the castle, in a very pleasant, quiet setting with no car traffic: perfect for enjoying the terrace with tables that aren't too close together.
The service is welcoming, efficient, and quick.
Special mention goes to the pizzas, which are delicious: generously topped with a flavorful crust.
The shrimp pasta is also good, but the portions are rather small—a dish best suited for a light meal. The same goes for the beef dish, which would benefit from a larger portion of new potatoes.
The value for money is excellent; dishes are between €15 and €20, and drinks are €4 for soft drinks and more for alcoholic beverages, but that's to be expected.

10/08/2024: Très bel accueil de la part de la patronne. Les serveuses sont sympas, souriantes et pros.
Les assiettes sont très bien garnies et très savoureuses. Le camembert rôti est excellent.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Je recommande.
