We ate very well, the pizzas were delicious and generously topped. The dough was perfect, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. I highly recommend it.

17/09/2026: This isn't new to me, as I go there a few times a year. For me, it's the best Italian restaurant in Nancy, and in terms of value for money, it's undoubtedly unbeatable. There are no complaints, only praise.

14/09/2026: The food and service were very pleasant. A very professional waiter who demonstrated tact and experience in calming a tense situation with the people at the next table.

15/09/2026: The service was very, very slow; we waited 45 minutes before getting the menu. It would have been nice if they had offered us drinks while we waited. The servers were poorly organized and kept getting the table numbers wrong. The food was decent but nothing exceptional.

04/10/2026: I'm leaving this review after two visits to this restaurant. The pasta is excellent, no complaints there. But the overall service leaves much to be desired… seating us on a Sunday at lunchtime, only to inform us afterward that there was no pasta, and then serving us a salad with (literally) two slices of marinated zucchini and eight cherry tomatoes on a bed of bagged lettuce… I won't be going back.

08/07/2026: This is one of the best pizzas in Nancy! The ingredients are high-quality, and the dough has a taste of expertise and a signature Gilio's touch. The place is suitable for enjoying a pizza under cover, but not for a full meal. It's worth noting that there can sometimes be a slight delay, but you'll never get a cold pizza, hey hey! The prices are fair considering the quality of the ingredients. Finally, they often have special pizzas of the moment and announce them on their Facebook page. I encourage you to follow them to find out when they're available, and you can also find the pizza menu there. ☀️ Tip: In the summer, grab a pizza, a drink, a bench, a table, or a blanket in the Parc Sainte-Marie across the street, and life is good 😉☀️

02/10/2026: Terrible pizza with awful industrially processed, reconstituted shoulder ham. Overly salty olives, dry and poorly placed mushrooms, and a terrible sauce. The only positive point was the good pizza dough. Never again.

12/08/2026: So... The waiter was very nice, the pizza was very good, but we were forced to eat outside. Something I hate. Especially since we waited two hours for our food. And we had to put up with smokers all evening, who didn't just smoke while they were eating. And even then... That's not right. If you're going to force people to sit on the terrace, then it should be a non-smoking terrace. It ruined my evening. For that reason alone, I won't be back. Furthermore, I think the food is expensive overall. Except for the pizzas. Three scoops of ice cream for 8 euros. Outrageous. For that price, you can get three liters in a shop. I should mention that friends brought us here; I would never have gone on my own. It's really time things changed, and all terraces were non-smoking.

06/09/2026: The owners are very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The homemade fries are excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious homemade dessert as well.

28/08/2026: Overall, a good experience. The dishes have Mediterranean flavors, which is nice. The owner is a bit bossy, but you shouldn't mind. The tiramisu wasn't the best I've ever had, but the portion was generous.
