02/12/2025: Good evening, I'm very disappointed after reporting to the cashier at reception that the emergency exits were locked. The response was, "They'll stay that way." I couldn't believe it! All the emergency exits are locked in case of panic, fire, or anything else. What happens then? Even the police told me, "Not our problem" (crazy world!). They said, "We're waiting for victims first." This is completely unacceptable and illegal. Emergency exits are clearly labeled as such and must remain open for evacuation in case of an emergency, not locked.

18/01/2026: My wife and I ate there; I had a salmon pizza (quite good, I admit) and my wife had a rare hamburger. My wife got food poisoning and spent the night vomiting. Very mixed feelings…

09/01/2026: We ordered two pizzas. We pointed out to the waiter that the centers of our pizzas weren't cooked. We had a constructive discussion with the chef, who initially maintained that it was normal. He admitted he'd seen that the centers were raw but had no explanation for it. When we got to the register, the owner asked me to pay the full amount. I was shocked. My wife hadn't finished everything, and I had forced myself to eat because I was hungry. Since I had finished everything, I had to pay for the entire meal. I pointed out to her that I'm not a mind reader to know if a pizza is cooked properly or not, and that I certainly don't start eating a pizza from the center. It was very difficult to get any kind of compensation from her. She's a real shame for this otherwise lovely restaurant. Everyone, including her, noticed that the centers of our pizzas were raw. So 1 star because of its single detrimental service and a big thank you to the honest employees.

27/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pizzeria Jojo in Canes Lock is excellent! Honestly, everything is very good—especially the margheritas, which are truly delicious. The name is perfect, the atmosphere is friendly, and you can tell everything is made with passion. 👉 In short: Pizzeria Jojo, a real treat not to be missed!

04/12/2024: We have been delivery customers for years with €80 per order and are surprised by the major price increases (up to more than 50% on certain entries). Result this evening €105. By calling we come across a friendly young man who has no commercial approach. “That’s how it is sir, there’s nothing we can do about it.” I had, however, offered a symbolic discount for orders over €100 but I understood that I was wasting his time...it's a shame. We will continue to order because the food is very well done but we will no longer be able to be “regular” customers.

16/08/2024: Malgré un cafouillage au début de service, à cause d'un décalage de service alors que lous n'étions que 2 , j'ai rapporté l'assiette de ma femme car son plat était froid et moi pas encore servi, Après correction tout est rentre en ordre et c'était délicieux

04/07/2025: DISAPPOINTED A €38 order placed at 6:00 p.m., delivered quickly and efficiently to Rosoy-en-Multien (thanks to the delivery driver). However, the pizzas were almost empty, fries barely dipped in hot oil, and paninis were empty of toppings and barely grilled. Everything had to be put back in the oven, even though I hadn't planned on heating them. And when we called to complain, they told us, "The pizzas are fully loaded, no one's complaining." My first and last order. DEFINITELY AVOID 😡

04/06/2025: I went to this pizzeria because it was recommended to me. I wasn't disappointed!! The pizzas are excellent, the pasta too, the staff very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend it!!
