25/02/2026: Currently on vacation in Gérardmer, we trusted the reviews and ordered pizzas from Le Garage. No one was disappointed! The pizzas were of very high quality, and the owners were very friendly. If we return, we won't hesitate to choose this pizzeria! The photo isn't very presentable, but we had to share how excellent the salmon was!

04/11/2025: We discovered this restaurant in 2022, and when we returned this year, we made sure to book in advance because it's very popular, and for good reason: the food is excellent, both the pizzas and the generous salads. The setting is magnificent, with a lovely aquarium that attracts both children and adults. I didn't take any pictures of our meals; I simply didn't think of it 😅

29/03/2026: There were four of us, but we didn't want to eat, just have a coffee. Once we made that clear, the waiter became noticeably unfriendly. Of course, he wanted to sell us food, but we were still paying customers. He then seated us at the counter, where there were only three bar stools. This meant one of us had to stand the entire time, even though the restaurant was completely empty; we were the only customers. But even after asking, we weren't allowed to sit at a table.

24/03/2026: A very bad experience. I helped myself to something from a fridge that seemed to be self-service, with no indication to the contrary (at the entrance of the restaurant). The owner then spoke to me rudely. To be clear, I took three bottles of Lambrusco from this fridge while waiting for my pizzas. I waited 45 minutes, which didn't necessarily bother me, but I cannot accept being spoken to like that! When I came to serve the pizzas, the man asked me whose bottles were on the bar because there were other customers before me. I answered, "They were mine," and he told me that at his place, you don't serve yourself and that it's not a kebab shop! I was so shocked that I couldn't respond, but if I had known, I would have put everything back and left. I regret it! In any case, I won't be going back! You're better off going to the kebab shop next door; you'll get a much better welcome! A little more transparency and, above all, respect for customers would be appreciated. I do not recommend this establishment.

21/01/2026: A small, very friendly restaurant with impeccable service and a good selection on the menu (pizza, burgers, kebabs, paninis, salads, wraps, meat dishes, etc.). It was delicious, thank you again!

30/12/2025: Christmas dinner with my colleagues was originally planned at Jade's, but we changed our minds because their menu was extremely limited. So, we went to Jade's instead, where we had a very good meal. We're never disappointed at this restaurant; it was excellent. The waitress was very friendly, and we had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it.

22/12/2025: My partner and I came for dinner on Saturday evening. Greeted by the owner himself, who took the time to shake our hands, we ordered two dishes from the daily specials (cheese-stuffed gnocchi). Accompanied by his burrata and pesto (just the way Aldo knows how to make it), we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a lovely time. We look forward to returning for more delicious Italian food.

06/03/2026: La Flamme Gourmande is much more than a pizzeria; it's a very good restaurant, sometimes almost bistronomic, offering a variety of very high-quality dishes: foie gras, Périgord salad, ribeye steak, burgers... pizzas, everything is excellent... The setting is truly pleasant, comfortable, and cozy, and the service is professional and friendly. A sure bet in the region; reservations are recommended. Update March 2025: Slightly down, exterior not very clean, broken chair on the terrace, but the food is still very good and the service is very professional.

27/02/2026: A wonderful discovery this evening for our last night in the Vosges. A beautiful and delicious restaurant; all nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, and great food. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: A great find! The welcome was super friendly! The pizzas are excellent! And judging by the other customers' plates, I don't think you'll leave hungry!! I loved the young waitress who greeted and served us! Adorable and very friendly! All this for a more than reasonable price!!

19/12/2025: The welcome was excellent and the food superb. The only downside was some customers—in this case, the football club management—who shouted more than they spoke. It was truly unbearable, and I was itching to slap them to make them shut up. The restaurant owner should have gone over to them and asked them to speak more quietly.
