We sampled half a dozen dishes, each wonderful; but the sweetbreads—a truly beautiful piece—were perfect, lightly dusted with flour for a very subtle crust, and served with a brilliant condiment: a purée of green chili and yuzu.
What mastery! Bravo.
23/02/2026: Wonderful! This small establishment transports you to Japan with its layout and cuisine. The flavors are delicate, and watching the chef at work adds to the pleasure!

12/03/2026: We were a little disappointed with our experience. The food was generally good, but the wait was incredibly long, which detracted from the overall experience.
Given the price and the wait time, we expected a higher level of quality. The ingredients didn't seem particularly fresh, and the dishes lacked a bit of flavor.
It's a shame, because the potential is there, but the overall experience doesn't quite live up to the prices.
