He just delivered to me for the first time, and he's really, really unprofessional, rude, and very arrogant!!!! I much prefer the Chinese delivery driver! I'm really disappointed. As a very good customer, next time I'll go elsewhere because of him!!!!
04/04/2026: Bad experience. I didn't like it at all. The sushi was too big, too much rice, not enough fish. No flavor.

Warning! I ordered takeout from this Japanese restaurant. There were three of us, and after eating, we all got diarrhea. Clearly, the quality or freshness of the food leaves much to be desired. I strongly advise against ordering from them to avoid any health risks.

12/01/2026: We went last night and honestly, it was incredible. The chicken spring rolls were like a trip to another place, with delicious cabbage 🥰🥺 oh my goodness, what a treat!
But I won't lie, the service was a bit strange/cringe. I think it's something you need to work on, or hire more welcoming staff, and especially pay attention to how you speak to customers.

27/06/2026: It was very good. But unfortunately, the service was poor. And when I explained this to the person who took our payment, he was unpleasant. For example: we didn't have plates to eat on, we had to get up to ask for them, we got up to get water, and we waited 25 minutes for our order. We were busy afterward, unfortunately, and had to cancel part of the order. We were threatened with being charged for it…. The cashier told me, "Very well, you won't be back," as we were leaving… not very customer-friendly…

I just received a Minato delivery from Orsay this afternoon, February 18th, 2025, and I'm very, very disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars!!!
- Salmon roe Temaki: a real rip-off. Very little salmon roe, just for decoration. So, they're just cones of crunchy, not creamy, rice for €9.50.
- Yellow radish maki: €4.00
*The radishes weren't crunchy at all; they looked like they were past their prime, maybe even expired.
*The rice was crunchy instead of creamy.
- Beef/cheese skewer meal: not great, €11.50.
I usually order from Minato Chilly Mazarin for work, and I guess the culinary expertise is completely different. I've never been disappointed in Chilly.

24/03/2026: It's a real shame. I went last week for takeout. I specifically asked at least three times not to have wasabi because I can't stand very spicy food. The young woman confirmed there wouldn't be any.
As a result, there was wasabi in it—this is the second time this has happened!
Honestly, it's not very considerate of people with intolerances. And the young woman taking my order spoke so fast that we didn't have time to choose our meal.
15/02/2026: The restaurant's facade is unfortunately very damaged and covered in graffiti that has never been cleaned off. This gives an uninviting first impression and doesn't inspire confidence. It's a shame, because the exterior plays a significant role in the desire to enter.

12/06/2025: Honestly, I come here regularly and I have to say the sauces have changed… The sweet sauce is inedible, it has no taste at all, it's so watered down and it's practically transparent. The sweet and sour sauce is just disgusting, it's tomato sauce diluted with water. I definitely won't be back.

Go somewhere else.

04/04/2024: Asiatische "All you can eat" Restaurants sind oft sehr mittelmäßig. Das Wafu ist eine große Ausnahme, denn es ist wirklich erstklassig. Das liegt nicht an den vielen Speisen, die erwartet werden können, das Wafu bietet den Gästen darüber hinaus den Service ein Gericht frisch zuzubereiten. Egal ob Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse.. alles wird vor ihren Augen zubereitet und kommt frisch auf den Teller.
