19/11/2024: I will definitely stop ordering from Jade Ichiban, with a lot of regrets because I have known the restaurant for several years and I was always satisfied with it. However, since the new owners, the quality and quantities have declined significantly. And yet I tested it again and again to find out if the comments I was able to make directly were taken into account. Well no… I’m always still hungry after a meal. The slices of sashimi as well as the sushi are much smaller (the trays are also smaller), there is significantly less rice in the trays, you can see the bottom in the tray of the coleslaw, etc… On the other hand, prices increased as soon as the restaurant took over! It’s such a shame for this restaurant in Verrières which used to be so excellent! We really feel that the key is to save on quantities. I will now unfortunately go elsewhere, to the Japanese restaurant a little further away in Antony for example, which I also know, which serves its customers more generously, with very good quality dishes.

03/11/2024: Good morning We have been regulars at Jade Ichiban for several years, but we note with regret that the quality has dropped drastically and we are very dissatisfied with this. Several examples: - barely 2 bites in salads - bo bunh almost without vegetables, without noodles and without meat replaced by inches of soy - a quantity of salmon in the chirachi reduced by 2 thirds - and overall a lot less flavor in all of their dishes Furthermore, the price has greatly increased for a much lower quality of service and greatly reduced quantities. We are extremely disappointed as we were regular weekly customers, and will therefore order very exceptionally from now on unless the quality changes. 25/06/2025: Big disappointment! I used to order regularly before but it must have been 2 years since I last ordered. I used to love this restaurant, it was one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. Well, that's not the case anymore: the Chirashi salmon avocado is simply a rip-off! 6 very thin slices of avocado and the same salmon cut super thin, clearly the quantity is not there, it's 85% rice and 15% salmon avocado so it's not worth it at all. In addition, the dish was not very fresh as if it had been taken out of the fridge a long time before or the fridge was not cold enough. The taste was not great either. I tried the sushi and maki, I also find that the quality is lower compared to before, the salmon is drier and cut thinner. In short, I will not repeat the experience and I do not recommend this restaurant especially if you take the Chirashi!

09/06/2025: A real favorite! The sushi is absolutely delicious, prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients and a generosity that you don't find everywhere. The service is impeccable: fast and attentive. A place I highly recommend to all lovers of Japanese cuisine.

01/01/2026: I'm giving 3 stars because the food is good. However, I'm the person you told, after placing a Deliveroo order, that lunch menus couldn't normally be made in the evening, and that you were making an exception for me. It's YOUR responsibility to ensure that items you don't want to make available in the evening don't appear on the app. It's not up to us, as customers, to guess that certain items shouldn't be added in the evening. Whether they're labeled as lunchtime or not, for that matter. I added the item to my basket and paid for it. Nothing indicated that I shouldn't have done so. If you're not happy with this, don't allow orders. This is truly absurd.

18/10/2025: We ordered a menu last night, I felt that the salmon had gone bad, as a result my husband and I were sick all day, the hygiene department should take a look, Thanks Minato!

27/09/2024: L'endroit est très brillant, la déco est franchement passable, ça grouille de monde, genre grosse cantine, la nourriture est très variée, sans identité et très moyenne. Le personnel flique tout le monde. Je le déconseille.

17/09/2024: Le pire restaurant à volonté,la nourriture est mauvaise, les aliments congelés dans les bacs du buffet, tout est sale, les sols n ont pas vus de serpillière depuis longtemps. Je n ai mangé que du fromage, 25 € c est très cher pour une assiette de fromage. A déconseillé, jamais vu un restaurant pareil. Où sont les services d'hygiène !!

14/12/2025: Dirty restaurant, bad smells, not suitable for eating in; half the restaurant is used as a drinks storage area. The service is pleasant. The food… a disgrace. Salmon served at room temperature, overcooked rice turned to mush. Three sesame seeds on a maki roll, no ginger in the sushi box, and wasabi was a strange color. Tasteless skewers. First and last time. €19 is too expensive to get sick.
