Everything is fresh and delicious, the fish is caught daily, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Special mention goes to the beef and cheese skewers and the chirassi. A true sushi restaurant with reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

01/06/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste and flavors of the food, which were excellent. It was incredibly filling; I ended up ordering a main course plus two appetizers, and even with just the two appetizers, I was already stuffed.
The welcome was very warm (they showed me how to use chopsticks properly).
I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Japanese culture or wants to discover it. 😋
26/05/2026: We've ordered takeout several times and it's always excellent. I think the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Compared to Eat Sushis next door, Jimida's fish is much better, their coleslaw too, everything really. In short, if you want to eat Japanese food in the center of Brest, this is the place (the atmosphere is very calm but relaxing) 🍙🍣

10/10/2025: So no, fine dining shouldn't cost that much. There are incredible restaurants, far better, for €100 per person (the price of the Hinoki menu a few years ago, by the way). I don't know why prices here have gone up so much, but the food, while excellent, doesn't justify it at all. €165 now seems like a rip-off.
30/08/2025: A meal as relaxing as it was soothing, as surprising as it may seem. Excellent cuisine, and a chef who shared his knowledge of Japanese culture with us. In short, a perfect evening, go there with your eyes closed! We sincerely hope to be able to return.

Les ramen traditionnels sont délicieux et copieux.
Les ramen sont fait sur place !

16/06/2024: La réservation est compliqué mais on comprend tout de suite pourquoi! L’accueil est chaleureux et le restaurant nous transporte au Japon. Les plats sont excellents, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
