13/09/2026: The waiter angrily spent 10 minutes explaining that tempura might or might not contain shellfish. They refused to exchange a sencha for a chamomile because it was 20 cents more, even after paying the difference.

It was one of the best restaurants we've ever been to.
The sushi was delicate, with just the right amount of rice, and the sashimi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully sliced. The staff was fantastic and attentive. The place was calm, simple, and spotless.
Go without hesitation; we enjoyed every detail, from the miso soup and accompanying rice to the very last bite!

28/08/2026: Before tonight, after three visits to this restaurant, I would have given it five stars without hesitation, for the food and the peaceful atmosphere. Except that tonight, on my fourth visit, there was a large cockroach in my stir-fried noodles. They took the dish away without a word. The waitress came by five minutes later to tell me that another order was being prepared. It arrived 20 minutes later, when everyone else had already finished. The rest of the meal was spent with a knot in my stomach and the rest of the table disgusted. Then, when it came time to pay, still no apology, no gesture of goodwill or compassion, as if it were normal, as if nothing had happened. One of my favorite places in Bordeaux, I will never set foot in it again, whether for hygiene or service.

10/03/2026: I ordered on Uber Eats and imagine my surprise when I found gnats nestled between the sushi. I wrote to Uber Eats and they refunded my order, but I still threw up my guts. It makes you wonder about the restaurant's hygiene.

05/09/2026: Very disappointed. Barely a hello, no other communication, not a smile. We waited longer than the advertised time. The food was cold (soup, rice, skewers…), and there was no presentation whatsoever. The sushi and maki were terrible; they didn't hold their shape… Avoid at all costs!!!
28/08/2026: The service was absolutely terrible. I specified "no meat" on the Too Good To Go app, a simple thing to do, and they still gave me pork. When I pointed it out, they responded with a rather dismissive "we don't choose here," without giving a second thought to the fact that it went against my principles.
The worst part is that it would have taken two seconds to exchange the basket or give me a refund, but no, no effort, no respect. I'm truly disgusted that people are treated like this when it's just a matter of common sense and basic respect.
I definitely don't recommend it if you have dietary principles to uphold; they don't care at all here, you just have to go along with what they decide.
Oh yeah, and all that for 7 euros for pork and cucumbers!
