01/07/2026: Yumi is simply the best sushi restaurant in Bordeaux. The fish is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth, the rice is perfectly cooked every time, and the gyoza are absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 04/08/2026: The sushi pieces are far too small: a typical sushi weighs around 30-35g, whereas these were only 21g. The difference is significant and gives the impression of poor value for money. As for the taste, it's nothing special. The ingredients are decent, but lack any particular flavor.

09/07/2026: A fantastic find on Rue Saint-Rémi. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous portions. The ramen broth was perfectly balanced, and the noodles were excellent. I especially loved the gyoza, which were perfectly golden brown and crispy. I highly recommend this place for a great lunch break. I'll definitely be back.

18/07/2026: Had a lovely time sitting on the terrace at the foot of the Pont de Pierre at Wasabi Café. Traditional Japanese food such as sushi, sashimi, and poke bowls. Very tasty and nice, efficient service!

11/07/2026: The sushi was incredibly high quality; it's a pleasure to finally taste flavorful fish! The waitress was extremely kind; she took my celiac disease into account and gave me a gluten-free soy sauce. She assured me that every dish was suitable for me.
