17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 09/07/2026: A fantastic find on Rue Saint-Rémi. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous portions. The ramen broth was perfectly balanced, and the noodles were excellent. I especially loved the gyoza, which were perfectly golden brown and crispy. I highly recommend this place for a great lunch break. I'll definitely be back.

17/05/2026: Excellent sushi, very welcoming, I highly recommend it! The sushi pieces are really big and the salmon is excellent. I've never eaten such good sushi, and I'm not even a sushi lover, so go for it without hesitation!
