22/05/2026: An excellent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Rue St. Rémy! I had lunch there with colleagues during the week and had a very pleasant experience, both in terms of the service and the food. The three-course menu with starter and dessert was very tempting. The miso soup is one of the best I've ever tasted; the broth is intensely flavorful. The salmon carpaccio consists of sashimi with a homemade sauce that's absolutely delicious. The gyoza and vegetable tempura are equally delightful. All this accompanied by explanations from the chef, who clearly knows his stuff. Thank you for the warm welcome, and see you soon!

14/06/2026: We were looking for a place to eat good quality sushi in Bordeaux that wasn't too expensive. We were pleasantly surprised after following the Google reviews and coming here: a great atmosphere, and delicious sushi. We ate very generously, and it cost us €26 per person for a large platter of sushi, an appetizer, and a bowl of rice. I highly recommend it!

06/06/2026: Passing through southern Bordeaux, and craving sushi, we stopped at this restaurant based on the positive reviews. We weren't disappointed. The welcome was very warm, the sushi was excellent, the salmon tender—we think it was the best we've ever tasted. It was generous and delicious! We'll definitely be back as soon as we get the chance.

08/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! Don't hesitate. I had the lunch special and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Truly excellent, and on top of that, very affordable and generous portions. Don't be fooled by the exterior; it's a hidden gem.

21/05/2026: Honestly the service was great. The dish was very pretty, but the ramen didn’t taste like real ramen. It tasted like spaghetti instead of ramen noodles. I was not keen on the server putting the seaweed leaf in the soup especially when she also handles money. Overall the service was quick, accomadatikng and did the job for a quick meal. But if they change the quality of the ramen noodles, that can make it seem more worthwhile. Also the chef should place the leaf in the soup and not the waitress. The decor is nice and simple.

21/02/2026: Good experience, good but a little expensive.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 29/05/2026: Incredible service, incredible atmosphere, and excellent service—I've never seen a restaurant like this. The best restaurant on earth, truly. Nobi, Doby, it's absolutely amazing! If you come, they'll spoil you rotten, especially with their generously sized crispy sandwiches.
