18/01/2026: Sushi GM is easily one of the best sushi spots in Mulhausen. The sushi was absolutely excellent, and the duck and chicken teriyaki were real standouts! Full of flavor and tasted incredibly fresh. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and has a great atmosphere and relaxing music playing!
The cocktails deserve a special mention: they’re very tasty, and you can actually taste the alcohol, unlike many other places we’ve tried here. The tea was also surprisingly good and definitely a must-try.
The waitress was very friendly, spoke good English (which isn’t always the case in other restaurants here), and was extremely helpful throughout our visit.
Overall, a fantastic experience! We would love to come here again if we visit this city again!😁
12/01/2026: This was our second visit. It's still just as good. There was only one small drawback: the service was slow. Having one server per customer was a bit limited, given the number of customers.

03/12/2025: We were very disappointed. We waited over half an hour to be served, even though the restaurant was practically empty. The staff made no effort to explain or apologize for the wait.
Frankly, the experience was very bad, and we won't be going back.

19/09/2024: Friendly welcome, pleasant but not always welcoming staff
The dishes are varied, but unfortunately the quality has not been as high since the manager left. The rice in the maki and sushi is often hard and undercooked, and the raw fish sometimes has a strong odor. I advise the manager and staff to take note of the various reviews, as it would be a shame to lose customers.
12/09/2024: Great lunch while waiting for train connection. Excellent sushi. Easy access to train platforms by pedestrian footbridge.

29/09/2024: Very nice sushi restaurant, well decorated, located and with kind people. The food is tasty, portions are generous and price is according to that.
Certainly a place to consider when visiting the city.
17/09/2024: I don't often leave reviews but what a gem!! In addition to friendly service, the food is incredible. 10/10 really perfect.

24/08/2024: We went to dinner at the sushi bar last night for the first time and what an experience! A warm welcome, a wide choice of extra fresh and original products that we are not necessarily used to seeing in sushi restaurants, special mention to the scallop sashimi and ramen!
The prices are justified in view of the quality of the products used.
