04/04/2024: Still as good, another very good evening, finished later than expected!

01/04/2024: Some of these dishes were really excellent - eg the mushroom/ the shrimp/ the squid/ the cod/ chicken ; while a couple ( we had 10 between us) were disappointing eg the beef spring rolls ( tasteless mince filling) and the “ bacon and egg bao buns ( excellent bun , filling tough). Great atmosphere, staff excellent. Will definitely be back and now we know what to order!

04/04/2024: I took fish fritters...except that I found 3 vegetable fritters which replaced 3 fish fritters without this being indicated on their menu. The shares are considerably reduced. Less tofu in miso soup. Less rice less fish..... For the same price. Damage. I went there regularly. I don't think I'll go back.... it still smells a bit of a scam.

02/04/2024: It's been a while since I've tasted a Japanese restaurant run by locals. The owner is very friendly and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended. The food was good and talking in different languages ​​was really nice.

30/03/2024: What a truly spectacular restaurant! Everything was positively excellent and some of the best Japanese food I’ve had. The waitress was really friendly and helpful, her recommendations were spot on. She helped us to choose the most delicious dishes, the sushi foie gras and the monkfish were just sensational. All the food was so fresh with such a delicate balance of flavour, it was such a pleasure to eat here. It’s no surprise it’s in the Michelin Guide. I can’t recommend it enough!! The restaurant is quite small so I recommend booking at least a day ahead.

24/03/2024: The design of the menu is too rigid: there could be a single menu with several choices per dish... And the room is a little noisy... But it's very good and the cuisine is a spectacle!

19/03/2024: Japanese ambient music, sober and distinguished decor, smiling staff, a menu offering various menus where all customers will find what they are looking for... a small welcoming restaurant... and above all a completely entertaining culinary show... The chef, seated in the middle of 2 tables of 6 people each, twirls knife, spatula and fork with 2 skewers. The ingredients (shrimp, salmon, scallops, vegetables) turn, sauté, grill, flambé and land on your plate covered in sauce and seasoned. The cuisine is light and healthy, accompanied by a bowl of rice and a tofu pâté. To wait for the chef to arrive at your table, you are served a bowl of miso soup and 2 sushis. For dessert, flambéed bananas, ice cream or lychees. A change of scenery guaranteed... To try !
