26/04/2024: Order for delivery. Waiting for an hour, very long for Cantonese rice, spring rolls and gyoza. Cantonese rice with bland peppers (?) gyoza, spring rolls didn't look fresh... I wouldn't recommend 😓

28/01/2024: For lunch: The cuisine is excellent. The service can seem complicated because there is a waitress who does not speak French fluently but the other two speak it well. (Small clarification: the service can be fast, slow or even very slow, you have to be lucky!!) and the atmosphere, we can do better in terms of decor because there is none. On the other hand, for the evening, if you want a quiet and rather calm corner the atmosphere is perfect. The waitress is very attentive in the evening because there is only one waitress and she is fast and efficient. The boss is very friendly. The cuisine does not differ from that of lunch. (Prevention: Do not trust reviews that are too old because the owners have changed!!)

30/12/2023: Uber eats order canceled by the restaurant after 1 hour of waiting and without compensation! A shame !

23/05/2024: Evening of 5/23/24, a very aggressive night watchman who refused access to the room even though it had been paid for. This gentleman has no place in an establishment of this standing. We are hotel regulars and are used to coming to this establishment. Total incomprehension in the face of a madman who is extremely frustrated and who is violent. This man does not deserve to be put in contact with Accor customers. We had to call 17 to be able to get the room.

06/06/2024: I'm putting one star because I can't give any... How can I explain to you that this is the lousiest restaurant I've ever eaten at. We were there a few years ago and it was bad but this.... It's just incredible. Reception 0, cleanliness 0, the all-you-can-eat buffet 0...we were there at 12:00 but we think that the dishes must have been put down at 11:00. The dishes were cold, the beef and cheese skewers were overcooked, the desserts had gone bad, it was clear that they were several days old because the cream in the verrines had the taste of curdled milk. When a tray is empty it is filled at the end of a long time. The baby seats were incredibly dirty. The entire floor was sticky from the entrance to the wok. From the moment we entered the enclosure we regretted it but being with babies and children we had no choice but to try to taste... To our great regret. Lots of cables are visible and are taped to the floor in front of the tables, the walls are dirty... RUN AWAY!!!!

28/05/2024: Frankly... ? I order a “loc lac beef and Thai rice” dish on Uber Eat. I get a dish with pineapple and shrimp in rice... I have never seen loc lac beef served with shrimp (????). The rice accompanying this dish is generally tomato rice, with eggs. So I don't understand the presence of shrimp and pineapple!! Especially since it wasn't indicated on the dish! Except I'm allergic to shellfish. It is therefore impossible for me to eat the dish. I call the restaurant to confirm that they are indeed shrimp, they put me on hold and then hang up on me. Sincerely the situation is completely lunar.

25/05/2024: Update! After several visits to this restaurant, I have to change my mind based on my experience today. I ordered several dishes and in the end asked for extra California rolls and sushi. They served me a dish of California rolls with 4 pieces instead of 6, small poorly cut pieces, like preparation scraps, and a reduced number of sushi. Thinking it was a commercial gesture, I did not protest about the quality and quantity. However, I eventually had to pay for everything.

13/04/2024: Took 2 baskets To good to go. Makis not fresh and rice too salty inedible. 4 tiny boxes for almost €17, not worth the cost at all. Super disappointed. It will be the last time at their house.

12/04/2024: Asian restaurant in the evening table service at lunchtime it’s an all-you-can-eat buffet The fish (salmon) seems fresh, the skewers are good (don't go overboard on the meatballs) the rest is OK. classic dessert. Their coffee is excellent. Toilets Clean The service is professional and smiling.

22/11/2023: I cannot believe what I just bite. Fish bone in a Maki that it supposed to be harmless to eat. Hereby the largest fish bone i almost swallowed. A simple sorry by phone is not enough. Where are the real Japanese ITAMAE restaurants ?

25/05/2024: It’s a great place! Go there with your eyes closed! We went there two days in a row. The waitresses and waiters are totally adorable! The dishes arrive very quickly and are delicious. The quantities are quite good, you come away without feeling hungry having eaten very well. When there is no more water on the table, it is immediately replaced, there is no waiting and the waitresses are available, attentive and considerate! We don't go to Gennevilliers often, but as soon as we come back, we will return to this restaurant and we will be very happy to see the team again, one lady in particular who welcomed us was very cheerful and really adorable! But that’s the case for everyone!

19/05/2024: Really not great. Lots of oversights in terms of service, having to ask for wasabi and sauce several times. As for the food it's meh there's much better elsewhere
