15/08/2026: I ordered delivery for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant is very expensive compared to all the other delivery restaurants I've tried. It took over an hour for the delivery. We're used to getting free drinks, plus peanuts or nougat. This time, there was nothing at all, and on top of that, they forgot the rice. I called, and they explained that they had too many orders to come and bring me the missing rice. They told me they couldn't give me a refund because it would have required them to come out to do so. Shameful! I will never order from them again.

18/08/2026: Inedible. Spring rolls filled with oil, tasted burnt, and were tiny. Inside, there was no sign of shrimp, just some unidentifiable minced mixture. Tasteless rolls. Tiny portions. Processed food. I had to cook for myself at home because I was hungry.

20/03/2026: A truly awful waitress who, once again, treated my family with utter disrespect, even though the restaurant wasn't even full and we come often because we live nearby. And to be fair, the food is very good. Twenty minutes later, we still didn't receive the frozen lemon we ordered—yes, because she'd forgotten it!—and we had to take the dishes back to the kitchen ourselves to prepare the leftovers to take away. All this with a hungry four-year-old waiting at the table... The food is good, but the service is absolutely appalling. If you don't enjoy being a waitress, change careers. I should point out that this isn't just a one-off; it's happened to me several times before.

07/09/2026: Noir, is a concept I truly don’t understand, this oat cappuccino which as you can see is small in size, is €6.60. I had it downstairs at this location as I needed to do some work on my laptop and they only allow laptops out downstairs (totally fair) but the place is infested with flies and mosquitos. Paying this much for a coffee and not being able to finish it because it’s almost impossible to keep the flies out is not ok. Then the waitress (really nice girl) told me she was closing for lunch. A chain coffee shop closing for lunch is not something I’ve come across before.

03/09/2026: For my tastes, which is to say someone who doesn't like noisy places, it's perfect. We went at 7 pm. It was just a great time. The shape of the room and its bay windows are really interesting 😁 we had a panoramic view of Jean-Baptiste Clément

02/07/2026: As a regular customer of this restaurant, both for dining in and takeout, I appreciate the value for money! Furthermore, last week I used their services for a 20-person reception at my home, and they prepared fantastic platters that aren't usually on the menu! Thank you! I highly recommend them.

29/06/2026: Hygiene needs improvement. I found a hair in my salad and an insect. I couldn't eat my meal, I informed the waitress, and she still charged me the full amount without even offering a discount.

29/08/2026: The food was decent, but the wait was very long. We arrived at 8 pm and were served around 9:45 pm. Some people arrived after us and started on dessert while we were still waiting for our main courses. We ordered two assortments of special sashimi (36 pieces each), and the fish was very well cut. The service was passable, with one mistake from the waiter who insisted we had ordered a plate of 10 sashimi. At the end of the meal, the waiter admitted it was his mistake. As for the atmosphere, I much preferred Sanki.

29/07/2026: I ordered an assortment of sushi and an assortment of sashimi. Just look at the amount of salmon on the rice and the size of the sashimi pieces. We chose Shiki, a premium option, for better quantity and quality. Apparently not.

27/08/2026: The restaurant was of poor quality. The maki rolls were enormous, stuffed with rice, and the sashimi slices were very thin. And strangely enough, the salmon skewers for the second course were disgusting, straight from the freezer—I've never seen anything like it at a Willy! I understand why there was nobody there.

17/01/2026: I placed my order through Uber Eats and called the restaurant to request a change. The woman took the time to ask the chef, who kindly agreed, even though they weren't obligated to do so. I'm really very happy with the service, the friendliness, and the attentiveness. Plus, being pregnant, it was a real pleasure to be able to treat myself without any worries. Thank you again to the whole team; I will definitely recommend them!

04/08/2026: Very good California maki. Fast and courteous service. Price a bit high, but the quality is there.

23/04/2026: It's a small neighborhood restaurant, but I really like their menu. I eat there occasionally and I never get tired of it.

18/09/2026: I go there every week; I don't eat in, but I get takeout...fair prices and quality products, always a kind word and a thoughtful touch from the owners. I recommend it.

15/08/2026: We ordered from Uber Eats (we tried this restaurant because our usual Japanese restaurants are closed during the summer) and what a disappointment: - the karaage chicken was overcooked, - the miso soup was really not very good. Plus, it arrived cold even though the delivery was quite fast, - the salmon and avocado California rolls (8 pieces, set menu) contained mayonnaise even though it wasn't mentioned anywhere, and the filling was very sparse. The only good thing was the rice and the fact that chopsticks and paper towels were included. For the same price, you can find much better elsewhere without even having to go far.
