31/01/2026: The staff were welcoming, particularly smiling and friendly, and the atmosphere was very cozy even though we had takeaway. It was excellent despite the fact that I'm not a big consumer of this type of cuisine. I highly recommend it!

10/12/2025: I won't be going to this restaurant anymore. The owners give the impression of being stingy: everything is priced low, sauces are often forgotten, and you have to ask for napkins. Last time, someone in our group had to ask for a €15 refund due to an error on the bill. The refund was given grudgingly, with grumbling. The atmosphere lacks generosity and hospitality.

03/01/2026: A very good restaurant with a varied menu; expect to pay around €20 per person. The waitress was very pleasant and smiling, but the furniture and decor of the dining room are not at all inviting or warm, which is a shame.

28/10/2025: I don't recommend it... upon entering, there was a musty smell in this restaurant where there were only two customers on a Saturday night... the waitress got the entire order wrong. For my son, who doesn't like Chinese dumplings, I asked if it was possible to have spring rolls instead from the set menu, but she refused outright, even though it was only 50 cents more, which I would have gladly paid. I had to order à la carte: €8.50 for a portion of fried rice! The atmosphere was very cold... I won't be going back.

17/03/2026: The quality and quantity have gradually declined, and they've crossed the line into the realm of what's acceptable even for the most undemanding consumers. After years of loyalty, this time I'm going to listen to my palate and cut my losses!

03/02/2026: We got takeout for lunch today. We ordered two set menus. In the first one, I asked to replace the salad with rice. They charged me an extra €1! We also wanted a mixed menu and asked to replace two of the skewers with salmon skewers. They told us it was an extra €1 per skewer. This is the first time I've ever heard of such a thing, and I'm a regular at Japanese restaurants. Avoid at all costs!

09/01/2026: So, the owner is the best! I live in the building, I order quite often, and she always makes me come down to pick up my order. And tonight, the icing on the cake: I ordered a €9.50 set menu and paid with a restaurant voucher card. She laughed in my face, ready to take my order back, saying it was a minimum of €10. I retorted, "Well, take ten euros then!" She has absolutely no sense of customer service; she only wants your money. Avoid her!

04/03/2026: Delivery Order I placed an order for delivery. Even on the phone, the person was extremely unfriendly. And to top it off, the order was inedible. I read some reviews, and in my opinion, it's not the best restaurant in Clichy. I do not recommend this restaurant. A word to the wise.

18/01/2026: Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service. I often walked past it without going in because the place was almost empty. They also do takeout. I wasn't disappointed. I'll definitely go back.

19/03/2026: A decent experience. The food was good overall. Small portions considering the price and limited variety. A cold and dreary atmosphere, but the service was fairly efficient.

02/04/2026: First time, at lunchtime. The variety of dishes offered was appreciable. Since there were many of us, we ordered a little bit of everything, and it was all quite enjoyable. The wait was a bit long. Second time. Quick and efficient service despite the lunchtime rush. Excellent.

13/01/2026: Order placed on the Sushishop website in advance on December 31, 2025, for New Year's Eve. The amount was debited, and I received an email stating that the delivery was in progress. The order, costing over €70, was never delivered and was never refunded. The restaurant was closed, which wasn't indicated on the order, yet the payment was still processed. I made several phone calls, but couldn't reach anyone on the day of delivery. Later, the manager promised a refund, but two weeks later, I still haven't received anything. No apology either. I've been a customer for years. It's impossible to file a complaint on the website. Several other customers are in the same situation.

05/01/2026: Order placed on the sushishop website in advance on December 31st for New Year's Eve, amount debited, email indicating delivery was in progress. +€40 order never delivered nor refunded. The restaurant was closed, which wasn't indicated on the order, and this didn't prevent the charge. Several phone calls made, impossible to reach anyone. Impossible to file a complaint on the website.

04/04/2026: I stopped by your restaurant and ordered takeout (set menu M1). When I got home, I was very disappointed: the meal wasn't good at all. The rice was very dry, even hard to eat, and the sushi didn't seem fresh. Frankly, it wasn't enjoyable at all. 😖

13/03/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. I came yesterday and received extremely poor service. The owner is particularly unpleasant and speaks to customers disrespectfully. I simply pointed out that yesterday I was given two savory sauces instead of one savory and one sweet one—nothing malicious, just a normal remark… but she took it very badly and spoke to me in a truly inappropriate manner. In addition to the deplorable service, the portions are ridiculously small for the price. Frankly, it's outrageous: you pay a lot for such tiny amounts. Between the aggressive welcome, the lack of respect for customers, and the stingy portions, I will never set foot in this restaurant again. There are much better options elsewhere for the same price, with staff who at least know how to speak to customers properly.

10/01/2026: Closed Saturday, January 10, 2026, for lunch service, despite being listed as open on Google. No notice was posted on the front door upon arrival at the restaurant.
