29/06/2026: We tried this restaurant for the first time by ordering takeout.
We were greeted by a very kind person.
Everything was delicious; it was the best sushi I've ever had. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and it was great value for money. The coleslaw and miso soup were also very good. You can tell it's homemade. We'll definitely be back!

19/08/2026: The service and customer reception were completely inadequate. We had a reservation and arrived a little early; however, a table for two was available, and we were refused entry. We had also been reserved, but the other guests were 20 minutes late… without any prior notice. In short, they were neither customer-oriented nor friendly. There were too few tables, and they were crammed together, making conversation uncomfortable. We won't be returning this time; in fact, the standard has declined, and reservations are extremely difficult to make. This restaurant only operates for lunch and dinner on weekends… yet they open a second location… A very bad experience.
10/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Nobuki Japanese Table. The ambiance is refined and elegant, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere. The service is impeccable, attentive, and discreet, perfectly complementing the setting. The dishes are delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful experience in a high-quality environment. I will gladly return.

09/07/2026: A superb discovery in the heart of Tours. The setting is pleasant and the welcome is as warm as the quality of the food served.
We were impressed by the presentation of the platter in the shape of a boat; it's truly original. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately apparent with every bite. We will gladly return.

_ Poorly seasoned wok-cooked fish, burnt and dry.
_ No decor, a sad and dreary atmosphere that makes you want to leave.
_ Overcooked potatoes on the buffet, swollen with water.
_ Cold chicken skewers.

11/07/2026: Arrived at 12:50 pm on this sweltering Saturday. The dining room was sparsely filled, noisy, and air-conditioned. There was little choice for an all-you-can-eat buffet, whether it was sushi, seafood, or cheese. Lots of classic French, Chinese, and Thai dishes. One good point: sea bream. Disappointed by the desserts. So-so and expensive for a Saturday lunch.

12/02/2024: Immonde!!! Je n’ai jamais mangé un truc aussi ignoble! Menu brochettes: viande qui trempe dans l’huile, avec un goût de viande périmée, impossible de manger ça!

Très peu de choix pour les sashimis (juste thon et saumon) qui sont mal découpés, mal présentés...(pour le même menu mon compagnon est servi sur une ardoise et j'ai une assiette blanche, la feuille de salade est flétrie, le gingembre est desseché etc.)
La table est collante, les menus sont très sales et abîmés...on est un peu pressés de finir à 22 heures car ils veulent fermer...
Ça n'a pas l'air cher mais finalement avec les bières à 4 euros et les 2 boules de mochi à 5 euros ça finit par faire une addition ( 64 euros) élevée pour un " boui-boui".
On était déjà venus il y a un an ou deux et on avait apprécié l'ensemble, mais là, on ne reviendra pas.
