I went to this restaurant on a sunny day despite it being dark. By this I mean that it was dark because in this Nantes area, night falls around 8 p.m.! :)
I was able to taste a menu 5 with the fat woman who serves as my wife, with lots of salmon! :) I really like salmon! enormously ! Honestly, it was really good, but I think the soup as a starter could have been hotter!
However, the new waitress seemed uncomfortable which disturbed me. Having done 2 months of catering before getting fired, I perfectly understand the stress that servers/runners can experience. KEEP THE FAITH!
At the end, I was able to receive a nice mint candy: this is apparently part of Chinese values...

Top result, an excellent chocolate cake with different textures, very delicious and generous. I highly recommend.
12/03/2024: An excellent pastry, succulent dorayakis, very well made desserts. The pastries are very little sweet, and we are happy to taste the taste of each ingredient.
Special mention to the strawberry!

05/04/2024: First time but last time! I had a few makis left, I wanted, like any restaurant, to bring them back but...you have to pay to bring them back! We don't give you the details of what you ate so it's impossible to check the note and the order placed!!! Unacceptable to pay for a doggy bag!!!
04/04/2024: The best all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant in the area, without hesitation!! The cuisine is excellent. The service is fast. The ordering system helps avoid a mess, even though my friends and I had eyes bigger than we could stomach. Finishing our plate was a real struggle. We drove away. Fortunately, each bite was an unspeakable delight. Lunch is affordable. In the evening it's a little expensive but let's say it's worth it. The decor isn't bad but it's not transcendent either.

16/02/2024: I don't recommend the Sandwiches and the pastries are good, but the reception remains largely to be desired. The lady who does the service speaks badly to the customer, and again the word is weak, and it seems to make the other employees laugh! No know how to live! She spends her time humiliating other employees for forgetting, frankly, I've never seen that.
In business there are essential rules not to forget, respect for customers because you must not forget that they are the ones who make your money. And the respect of his colleagues, when there is something to be resolved, this is done at the back of the store!
