25/09/2024: Nous avons eu une mésaventure avec le service Ubereats et le gérant du restaurant ainsi que son équipe ce soir là (dimanche 22) ont été très professionnels et compréhensifs sur la situation.
Je recommande donc les yeux fermés ce lieu, d'une part parce que la nourriture y est au top, et évidemment parce que le personnel est très compétent et humain.
Merci infiniment de nous avoir sauvé notre weekend et de nous avoir aidé avec autant de spontanéité. 🙏🏻
Je vous souhaite beaucoup de bonnes choses.
Et qui sait, à bientôt nous l'espérons.

04/09/2024: You Sushis tells us the story of how Deb and Arno revisited sushi. Full of emotion, we discovered that the revisit was actually an exact replica of the original sushi, but 1.75 times more expensive.
Don't get me wrong: I have nothing against the classic little salmon sushi, but at €20 for a platter of 8 sushis I expect to feel something transcendental. No point at all, eco-responsible rice is absolutely normal and fish raised in a caring manner is the most classic.
The service is, however, impeccable and the waitress, smiling and warm, efficient and friendly, will have wiped away our tears shed at the absurd idea of reinventing something that did not need to be.
In summary: at €20 a revisit, Deb and Arno should have started making homemade kombucha.

Paying more than 60 euros for a platter for two, two soups and two salads and going out to go top up at the McDonald's across the street, it's the first time that this has happened to me... In addition, there was a shortage of stock of tuna. The staff is nice, but I would have done without private conversations. I won't go back there.

14/09/2024: Commande et livraison à domicile : ce n'est pas mauvais, loin de là, mais au prix ou c'est, j'en ai franchement raz le bol d'avoir des produits qui manquent à la commande. C'est dommage, d'autant que nos réclamations ne sont pas prises en compte... fini You Sushi.
04/09/2024: I should refrain from giving my opinion but my conscience requires me otherwise.
Friday the 30th, my wife and I decided to have a Japanese dinner at You Sushi where we had never been disappointed.
It is 8 p.m., the manager (whom I had never seen before) welcomes us and comes to take the order for aperitifs which she brings to us a few minutes later and asks us if we are ready to order.
I order 2 Miso soups, a seaweed salad, 2 sashimi, answer:
“There are no more.”
“In that case we’ll have tuna ceviche.” “There aren’t any left either, we were robbed with the big fire sale.”
I tell her that she should have informed us before we sat down and I cancel the order, telling her: "we will finish our drinks and go to dinner elsewhere".
At the checkout and very annoyed by this situation, I asked her if she would offer us the glass of red wine and the can of mineral water for her "failure".
She responds to me grumbling: “why would I do that”?
I told him it didn't matter, I would pay for the drinks and write a comment on the web.
She replies irritated: “It’s okay, leave, I won’t take it from you”.
A commercial gesture must be made with a smile and in good faith, which was not the case.
As the sale is not a last minute event, I question her abilities as a manager and stock manager.
This is why I wanted to warn the public to ask the reception what is not on the menu before sitting down at the table.
The aggressive response from the manager/owner (DS I suppose) encourages me to modify my review and add the following, but I won't waste too much time.
In fact, the person seems to only accept good reviews and her professional conscience as a good businesswoman makes me smile.
she should know that criticism can be constructive and promote improvement.
If no one tells her she has bad breath; she would probably never know.
In any case; In her place I would have tried to contact her, apologize to her and invite her to come back with special mention to the staff but her response has the completely opposite effect.
We, who used to go there quite often because I am fond of this food, will never go back there again but that doesn't matter; there are plenty of other pigeons.

16/09/2024: 3rd consecutive order with errors, not the product ordered which was delivered to us, and when we call them they laugh on the phone, they do not even offer to redo the order for us to come pick it up or for them to deliver it to us. The team that was there 2 years ago was much more competent, and made commercial gestures in the event of errors on their part. Last time I order from you it's a shame
25/07/2024: We paid a substantial price for around sixty sushi delivered. First of all, the quality is very average. They are dry. Could this be because we didn't have soy sauce? But no, we had a small jar from an old order in the cupboard fortunately but not enough for 3.
3 very small sachets of wazabi and a mini pot of ginger for 3.
When we have an order of more than 100 euros we don't be stingy about this kind of thing. Anyway, last time here.
