You Sushi
Pau
16/09/2026: Discovered You SUSHI…Pau Centre.
A very warm welcome and excellent advice on choosing sushi and sashimi. Quick service. Quality and freshness of the products…👍👍👍. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you…😋😋😋
15/09/2026: For me, clearly the best sushi! 🍣 I've been several times and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the products is truly top-notch: fresh, flavorful ingredients, and a real attention to detail.
And a special mention for Jeff, who is a particularly attentive waiter. He knows how to make people feel comfortable, always with a smile and a touch of humor that makes the experience even more enjoyable! 😊 A place I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return!

Côté Sushi Bayonne
Bayonne
09/08/2026: A classic and friendly board game bar with a good selection of games. Great atmosphere, the manager is very friendly and welcoming. Several homemade desserts and a nice drinks menu ☺️
07/08/2026: Thank you for the warm welcome! We spent three hours enjoying three great board games thanks to the manager's excellent recommendations! The drinks were delicious; I especially loved the Cupidon and Celestia mocktails. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something to do in the evening. (Free parking nearby after 7 pm)

19/09/2026: It's good, it's fresh, it's generous, and it's beautifully presented. The place to go for sushi in Ciboure and Saint Jean de Luz.
03/09/2026: The quality and hospitality here have never wavered, not after all this time!
Thank you so much!

08/09/2026: As a huge sushi fan, I have to say that Kanpaï is unbeatable in this regard.
The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The taste is unique!
Add to that the beautiful decor, the music, and the service, and everything is perfect.
Thank you.
31/08/2026: The restaurant was very clean and the waitresses were very pleasant and polite. The dishes served were delicious and the raw fish was of excellent quality; it melted in your mouth. I recommend this restaurant.

You Sushi

08/09/2026: Following a previous order that went wrong, I'm revising my negative review! The customer service was fantastic! The manager called me the next day and offered a service to apologize. I wasn't expecting that and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the response. I thank the manager again and will gladly return as usual. Thank you!
02/09/2026: You can really feel the change in ownership, with a genuine desire to put the customer experience first. The waitstaff is still excellent, and the dishes are beautifully presented and delicious! See you soon 🍣

Hoso Sushi
Saint-Jean-De-Luz
20/08/2026: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. During the meal, the service was poor and the sushi was very basic. It was embarrassing when we left; we were with children who slept through the entire meal and, when they woke up, were even more pathetic, and the waiters laughed at them, mimicking their behavior. A complete lack of empathy and customer service.
20/08/2026: Excellent little Japanese restaurant.
I've eaten Japanese food often, but this one is the best of all. And the prices are more than reasonable. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend it.

Sushi Shop
Pau
19/08/2026: Cheaper than supermarket sushi boxes, yet so much better. Fast service. Excellent sushi and delicious mochi!
04/07/2026: It's a shame we can't enjoy the menu as we'd like: it's either pre-set platters with no possibility of changing them, or we have to choose six items at a time from the menu.
I would have loved to be able to enjoy the variety on the menu. This would be possible if the à la carte portions were limited to two or three items. Something to think about…

10/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat here. Great team and great products.
07/09/2026: “Open now” on maps, went there and everything was closed without any information or warning on why. ANNOYING also because near there no real good food options

Sushi Shop
Bayonne
18/09/2026: I recommend it for salmon sushi and sashimi.
26/08/2026: The waitress in the evening:
She only serves pre-ordered items, and I can wait forever without even a glance.
I'm very disappointed!
I won't be going back.
