18/09/2023: I had the opportunity to dine at the Imouto restaurant in Lyon a few weeks ago and I was absolutely won over. The restaurant offers French-Japanese fusion cuisine, a daring concept which is nevertheless perfectly successful. The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal products, and the combinations of flavors are bold but harmonious. I particularly enjoyed the glazed pigeon, served whole with miso yellow carrot puree, shitake pies and crunchy green beans. The pigeon was cooked perfectly and the miso sauce was to die for. The service is also excellent. The staff is attentive and attentive, and knows how to adapt perfectly to the needs of customers. I highly recommend Imouto Restaurant to all gourmet food lovers. 04/04/2024: Great coffee and excellent service from Pierre. We were a big group and with kids and he was so patient and helpful. We had the cold brew and it was delicious.

29/03/2024: Excellent coffee. My cup was super nicely balanced. The single origin tasted great and had some really nice fruity notes.

06/04/2024: All is well. From miso soup to sashimi, ravioli, shrimp fritters and beef and cheese skewers. We've been going there for several years and it's not about to stop.

26/02/2024: Being from the neighborhood I had a craving for sushi. I was very well received by Nada who recommended the breaded chicken noodles which I had never tasted before, a killer go there with your eyes closed and on top of that the solo menu is copious and very affordable

25/03/2024: We came with the -50% reduction range and we left convinced by this address! The sushi was good, the rice cooked the way we like it and the presentation was very nice. The service was fast. There are vegetarian options if needed. The service was good, the waitress was efficient and friendly. I recommend

02/04/2024: I was very poorly received. The makis were not particularly good. And the reception needs to be reviewed because you are not asked to “double yourself” as you say but only to be commercial. When you arrive at 2:25 p.m. and you take more than 5 minutes to serve a customer and therefore refuse within a minute the support offered (i.e. at 2:31 p.m.) for lunch it's a disaster. One star is just because we can't give it 0 but I totally advise against it. It’s really losing a customer stupidly.

30/03/2024: Very good restaurant we were quickly taken care of and served quite quickly. For those who work in the sector it is rather practical. The menu is very complete and the price is very reasonable.

04/03/2024: We arrived at 7.15pm, welcomed by the service staff. We had sashimi, sushi plates, and some satay. All the orders came with rice, miso soup and salad. The ingredients were fresh.

19/09/2023: Very good restaurant! Really delicious dishes. I tasted the raw fish and the result was very satisfying: a beautiful color, fresh so no bad surprises! Very welcoming staff! I recommend. And don't be fooled by the slightly outdated interior, it's worth it 👍

02/04/2024: For my stay in Lyon with my partner we wanted to open a restaurant. The meal, nothing to say but the welcome, the atmosphere (we'll blame that on fatigue) the toilets no toilet paper the hand dryer doesn't dry 😬. If I had to do it again I would get takeaway.

29/10/2023: I am very disappointed, for several years I have been a loyal customer of this small restaurant. Unfortunately the recent change of ownership does not do it justice. More expensive dish but above all not good. There is no longer a mixed sushi menu and no more possibility of choosing your sushi from your menu. We had sushi and ramen with 2 sides. The sushi rice was tasteless and overcooked. The tempura was not crispy and quite bland with only the sauce to spice it all up, certainly not homemade. The gyoza were equally tasteless. Very salty miso soup. I would therefore no longer return to this small restaurant now called Ramen Masa.
