18/09/2023: I had the opportunity to dine at the Imouto restaurant in Lyon a few weeks ago and I was absolutely won over. The restaurant offers French-Japanese fusion cuisine, a daring concept which is nevertheless perfectly successful. The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal products, and the combinations of flavors are bold but harmonious. I particularly enjoyed the glazed pigeon, served whole with miso yellow carrot puree, shitake pies and crunchy green beans. The pigeon was cooked perfectly and the miso sauce was to die for. The service is also excellent. The staff is attentive and attentive, and knows how to adapt perfectly to the needs of customers. I highly recommend Imouto Restaurant to all gourmet food lovers. 02/04/2024: I was very poorly received. The makis were not particularly good. And the reception needs to be reviewed because you are not asked to “double yourself” as you say but only to be commercial. When you arrive at 2:25 p.m. and you take more than 5 minutes to serve a customer and therefore refuse within a minute the support offered (i.e. at 2:31 p.m.) for lunch it's a disaster. One star is just because we can't give it 0 but I totally advise against it. It’s really losing a customer stupidly.

04/03/2024: We arrived at 7.15pm, welcomed by the service staff. We had sashimi, sushi plates, and some satay. All the orders came with rice, miso soup and salad. The ingredients were fresh.

02/04/2024: For my stay in Lyon with my partner we wanted to open a restaurant. The meal, nothing to say but the welcome, the atmosphere (we'll blame that on fatigue) the toilets no toilet paper the hand dryer doesn't dry 😬. If I had to do it again I would get takeaway.

Discreet neighborhood restaurant, discovered when I lived nearby, today I don't hesitate to travel to get takeaway. I can't judge the atmosphere or the service because I've never eaten there, but I appreciate ordering online and always receiving a quick email to pick up the order, so 5/5.
