17/07/2026: I enjoy the food at this restaurant and that's why I keep coming back. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The employee who usually serves seems constantly grumpy, gives the impression that he's there against his will, and this makes the experience unpleasant. As a regular customer, I feel much more comfortable ordering takeout than eating in, precisely because of the way we are treated. I sincerely hope this aspect will be improved, because the quality of the food deserves service to match.

24/07/2026: Ordered through the Sushi Shop app. Never received my delivery. Every 12-15 minutes, the estimated delivery time was pushed back... after more than an hour of delay, my order was simply archived in the app, with no further delivery information. The delivery driver's help system indicated that the driver was "right next door"... what a joke. I called the Sushi Shop Jean Macé store, and of course, no one answered... pathetic. I was obviously charged for the order at this point... back to work without having eaten and frustrated by this absurd situation.
