It's really a place to recommend. In addition, the staff is pleasant, available and efficient, which made for a very successful evening.
27/03/2024: Passing through the region, discovered this restaurant on Sunday lunchtime. We ate very well, it's nice to meet such a welcoming couple of owners, it's becoming rare these days... looking forward to meeting again!

09/03/2024: Wherever I go, in France or elsewhere, Hirsinger remains THE reference for chocolate for me. World class! Who else can make horseradish and absinthe chocolate that's delicious? Let's hope he finds a worthy buyer when he retires...

29/03/2024: Decent cuisine, nothing more. Scallops Well snacked but Two on average bacon which adds nothing.
Chicken plus 8 euros or 8 euros 50 correct lots of morels not fresh but good
Bad value for money.
I spend my time cutting and deboning the chicken for my dog WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTED IN THE RESTAURANT. I ask the boy to wrap it for me.....forgotten. me upset. Had trouble swallowing my dessert. The waiter to catch up brings me chicken from another table with disappointing bones and an exaggerated price.

12/03/2024: We had a pleasant time in this exceptional setting, welcoming and professional staff. As soon as we arrive, the waitress brings our little dog a bowl of water, usually very rare, we have to ask for it.
The rooster with morels and vin jaune, a killer, I recommend the profiteroles too. I will come back with pleasure.
09/03/2024: Very good time in this restaurant, veal head with gribiche sauce very good, hot goat cheese salad great, I recommend very friendly waitress

21/03/2024: We went to Bois Dormant in Champagnole to eat garlic and parsley frogs and a good desert afterwards.
We were not disappointed with our choice
Seeing the other dishes pass by for the other customers, they seemed appetizing and tasty
We chose as wine a small Chablis which we recommend see photos
The staff is smiling and polite although work is currently underway to restore the dining room
18/03/2024: Have a great romantic weekend; very beautiful suite with Nordic bath; we took advantage of all the services (swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym) the meals and breakfasts are excellent, well done to the chef and all the very pleasant and attentive staff, I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed.

21/03/2024: The restaurant is independent of the Casino, although it is possible to go from one place to another. The welcome is friendly. The service is smiling. Without being haute cuisine, the quality is good. A downside...The service was a little too fast, especially between the aperitif and the first course. My choice was a pork rib. For dessert, 3 scoops of ice cream, not offered on the menu.
20/03/2024: Well received by the staff. I had an exceptional Comté Morbier burger! The setting is pleasant and the service perfect. I was also surprised by the desserts which were delicious (caramel rice pudding). I will come back thank you
