09/02/2026: The best sushi restaurant in Dax for me, with excellent value for money! The sushi is beautifully formed, with a perfect balance between the rice and the fillings. A big plus is the wide selection of sushi and other options for those who don't like certain fish (like me 😄), including the excellent chicken California rolls and vegetable gyoza. The vegan sushi is incredible; it's like eating spring rolls. The owners always give a warm welcome with a smile. A real treat, I recommend it 100%!

27/12/2025: Leaving Les Halles, a little disappointed by the friendliness of the shopkeepers, we wandered through the side streets and stumbled upon "Le Valmont," a very nice place with pleasant, laid-back staff. The portions were generous and the service was quick. We had a very good meal.

21/11/2025: Excellent experience at Phileas Fog. The hamburger was delicious and perfectly prepared, homemade fries 😃, enhanced by a perfectly chosen beer. All this accompanied by live music which added a lot of charm to the evening. Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere: a place to remember and recommend without reservation.

25/10/2025: Always a warm welcome, a great atmosphere, and a top-notch team, just like the owner... All ages mingle with the utmost respect. In short, a blast. I highly recommend it (even when there's no concert).

15/02/2026: Hello, I don't understand how it can have a 4.8 rating. Very disappointing. The wait time was 45 minutes per course, but that wasn't the worst part. The dishes were bland and lacked seasoning. The prices were very high for what they were. Frankly, the only truly interesting thing was the wine list. And the service was good despite the 45-minute wait.

25/01/2026: A huge disappointment at Le Ramouncho restaurant. We came to celebrate a birthday and ended up staying for almost three hours due to extremely slow service. We had to ask for bread three times (it finally arrived almost an hour later), and we had to ask for a drink twice… Many things were forgotten throughout the meal. We ordered scallops and asked to replace the parsnip purée with fries and vegetables. The waitress said, "Okay, no problem." Our request was ignored. The result: an expensive plate with only four scallops and a side dish we didn't eat. For dessert, we asked for a candle on a crème brûlée for the birthday: it was forgotten. Of the desserts we ordered, some arrived after 30 minutes, and others 15 minutes later… a 45-minute wait for dessert! An evening that was supposed to be festive turned into a real disappointment. We do not recommend it.
