31/07/2026: We sat down for an aperitif and waited 15 minutes. The waiter walked past our table several times without bothering to ask what we wanted to drink. No big deal, there are plenty of bars in the square, so we moved on.

They have triple Carmelite beer on tap, which is very rare in a brasserie.
