After making a big dumpling (😅😱let me explain: I placed an order in St Paul thinking it was Dax, arriving in Dax waiting for more than 30 minutes except I was the only one guilty of the error.) After having insulted the staff in the back of my mind, Marie appeared and solved the problem in 5 minutes flat when she could have judged me badly and left me in trouble. So I offer my most sincere apologies for this misunderstanding towards the entire team and thank Marie for her understanding, kindness and professionalism until the end. Good luck to the whole team. Nice evening from the annoying customer of order A970 78😅🤣

07/01/2024: Average pizza, not much in the way of ingredients

01/01/2024: It's scandalous, your employee just helps himself from the fridge, grabs a drink and goes vaping with his friends instead of answering the phone or helping his colleague during busy periods. He openly tells her that he doesn't want to help her. When we order a pizza, there are no longer the necessary ingredients, because there is no communication with his colleague because he does not listen to her. Obviously, we take orders without knowing what ingredients are left. No excuses, nothing. On the other hand, a big thank you to her who apologized for the delay and did everything to satisfy us. However, seriously reconsider your prices. It is unacceptable to pay €16.90 for an M size pizza with questionable ingredients. The same goes for the small pizza for €13.90 with mozzarella bought for 80 cents at the local supermarket. The boss must make his pizzas profitable.

03/02/2024: For the second time we dined in this restaurant. We took the menu for 33€. It was delicious and filling. As a starter, very good Landes salad with foie gras, hot gizzards, ham, duck breast and salad with pine nuts. We had the butcher's cut as a main course, served with mushroom sauce and new potatoes, delicious and perfectly cooked. Dessert, chocolate fondant and pear variation. Very good. All served with a glass of wine of your choice. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere cozy as we like. We recommend it and will return.

10/12/2023: Already to reserve the day before, we waited 20 minutes for the secretary to finish chatting on the phone. Reserved for 4 people on Saturday evening: already upon arriving there were only 3 tables taken out of at least twenty!!!! We ordered 3 menus for 29 euros including 2 dishes, a very lightly garnished Landes salad with a sample of foie gras which was also not good (I left it on the edge of the plate) as for the dessert a supposedly chocolate fondant which looked more like a pat of butter yuck!!! Result 29 euros to eat only a meager salad is very very very expensive. Only my husband who took a menu for 33 euros was correct. Result I am very disappointed and I would advise you to move on there are much better nearby

We had reservations for 4 people on a Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m. Arrived there, the waiter informed us that there was an error in the organization, that we had to wait 20 minutes. Already, he could have called us to warn us of the delay. So we wait 20 minutes in the car, because there is nothing nearby. We go back there and the waiter tells us that there will be no room after all. You might as well tell us from the beginning instead of making us waste our evening, it’s a real lack of respect. Especially since finding a restaurant on a Saturday evening in Dax at 9 p.m. is not the easiest. Review your sense of service and welcoming your customers.
