05/09/2024: September 5, 2024 What a disappointment Every year I come to DAX for a spa treatment and every year I come to the Atrium This year what a disappointment I am sure that since last year the cook has changed the starter pissaladière piece of tuna pizza with salad and pieces of tomato the dry pizza from the day before gruyere hard as rock after complaint a change was made and the delicious piece of pizza was of the day then paupiette and its potatoes all the tables were served gradually and me of course by the time the waitress searched for the tables corresponding to the dishes my plate arrived boiling but the dish was cold and the paupiettes had no sauce and it was not the usual paupiettes I was not able to finish my plate of soft chocolate dessert that you find in supermarkets reheated and the waitress then told me the softness was how I responded good like a soft one Very disappointed I no longer recommend this probably because of a new cook what a shame👎👎👎👎👎👎 Moreover, while typing my opinion I have stomach aches

19/08/2024: Good for the atmosphere during the holidays but that's it, you might as well go and get a drink nearby because here the glasses are very poorly measured (extra they don't want instructions)

10/01/2025: We frequented the old Bordeaux formula where you could finish the meal with crepes flambées prepared in front of you... unfortunately our experience of a lunch on December 31 did not convince us. The semi-cooked foie gras that we shared honored the Landes region. A cassolette of squids offered as a starter for 14 euros delivered you perfectly formatted squids extracted from distant oceans... doubtless judging it insufficient for an average appetite, the waiter recommended a little too urgently an additional fries still priced at 6, 90 euros!!! The veal chop was a good size and of good quality as advertised with chanterelles... in Lilliputian quantity and overcooked. With a single dessert at 4.50 euros and a Cotes de Gascogne wine at 19 euros first price the bill came to 87.10 euros. At this price you can ask for tablecloths and cloth napkins, a service which is not limited to asking who took what but observes some old criteria such as serving on the same side, serving Madame first. At 1 p.m., despite very average attendance, there was no longer a daily menu which did not offer any choice. You will find in neighboring Spain a restaurant with a menu for 24.50 euros where after a careful appetizer you can choose between 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts… wine included. You are served on tablecloths with cloth napkins. The differential is very much to the disadvantage of Bordeaux. You can go, we will move on………

18/09/2024: C’était super bon les croquette au fromage une turie . Les serveurs au top ben est souriant et nous conseil sur les vins . Le tartar succulent et la focaccia incroyable .une adresse à ne pas louper sur Dax

12/01/2025: Run away! New owner you can see! Fries not cooked for the 3 of us, entrecôte (if we can call it entrecôte) questionable and cooking not respected, very fatty lamb ribs! People come to see us at the end and ask us what's wrong, once, then waitress a second time, and the lady at the cash register a third time and tells me I'm going to go get the cook, uh no it's well thank you we will not repeat!!! Zero euros discount, not a single gesture on the bill, not even offering drinks! A zero point!!! It’s changed a lot!!!

29/09/2024: Super restaurant avec un service professionnel. Continuez comme ça. Je conseille cette table allez-y les yeux fermés.

20/07/2024: Pour la deuxième fois nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant. Nous avons pris le menu à 33€. C’était délicieux et copieux. En entrée, salade landaise très bonne avec foie gras, gésiers chauds, jambon, magret de canard et salade avec pignons. Nous avions pris la pièce du boucher en plat, servi avec sauce champignons et pommes de terre grenailles, délicieux avec une parfaite cuisson. Le dessert, fondant au chocolat et déclinaison de poire. Très bon. Le tout servi avec un verre de vin au choix. Le service a été impeccable et l’ambiance feutrée comme nous aimons. Nous le recommandons et y retournerons.

08/09/2024: Honestly well received, despite the late hour and the full room. A good time spent with a nice full and tasty plate. Short but nice card. Top desserts, especially the lemon and chili sorbet: a killer Thank you for this good, friendly time.

05/09/2024: Good morning, It no longer has anything to do with the Babeth of old, except sangria. Belly with disgusting batrone, the mussels very small and not a la plancha, the squid too salty, the camemberts replaced the melted camembert what a shame, plate of ham good but the toasted bread with the same sauce nothing to do with the tomato sauce. And the mac Caïn potato slices with ready-made sauce. I think we need to do an internship to get back up to speed. And the music is a shame that it's not Spanish. The waitress lacks dynamism...

30/08/2024: Endroit à fuir si vous souhaitez pas être admis aux urgences 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Des moucherons sur le jambon et paté Que ça se soit entrée plat ou dessert rien est mangeable 😡😡😡😡😡 En sachant que l’hôpital est juste à côté vous avez beaucoup de chance Sauf si vous êtes suicidaires

22/08/2024: Endroit bien situé avec parking gratuit ,convivial ,service rapide avec le serveur qui a un petit mot aimable pour chaque table ..... Beaucoup de choix pour les entrées et desserts avec des plats fait "maison" pour un menu à 13€ . tete de veau où pied de porc où daube de toro où spaghetti à la bolognaise où pour 4€ de plus une entrecote avec 4 choix d'accompagnement . La pression bien fraiche à 2,60€ et le café à 1€ .... Depuis de nombreuses années que cette brasserie existe ,nous n'avons jamais été déçus ...Un petit geste pour notre chien ,un bol d'eau nous a éré proposé.
