08/07/2025: We organized a professional event at the Brasserie de l’Atrium, and everything went perfectly. The team was able to adapt flexibly to our needs, even before the event, which greatly facilitated the organization. On the day, the welcome was warm, and the service was smooth and attentive. The venue, full of charm and steeped in history, perfectly contributed to the atmosphere. A big thank you to the entire team—we highly recommend them!

06/07/2025: The menu is quite diverse. The dishes are good at very reasonable prices. The setting is lovely. The servers are competent and friendly.

01/10/2024: The welcome was warm and friendly, the meal was decent, the decor was southwest, Hispanic. The waitress suggested a homemade dessert at the end, a lemon tartlet which is not fresh and I doubt it is homemade at €8 the most expensive dessert.

01/10/2024: Establishment not to be missed. Behind a sober facade, an exceptional restaurant with a diverse and careful menu. Quality of service and dishes in the dining room. Try the service at the tapas bar, festive atmosphere. Or on the terrace with friends.

12/01/2025: Run away! New owner you can see! Fries not cooked for the 3 of us, entrecôte (if we can call it entrecôte) questionable and cooking not respected, very fatty lamb ribs! People come to see us at the end and ask us what's wrong, once, then waitress a second time, and the lady at the cash register a third time and tells me I'm going to go get the cook, uh no it's well thank you we will not repeat!!! Zero euros discount, not a single gesture on the bill, not even offering drinks! A zero point!!! It’s changed a lot!!!

23/01/2025: 1st and last time. Inedible pizza, only poor quality ingredients, Cheese if you can call it tasteless cheese, canned tomato sauce, pizza dough that would kill a real Italian on the spot.. the only thing that seems fresh is the mushrooms and even then they are very softened.. you can smell the profitability+++ Do you want real junk food? Go for it . I couldn't finish... Yuck. To finish frozen dessert.. And the prices...

10/01/2025: We frequented the old Bordeaux formula where you could finish the meal with crepes flambées prepared in front of you... unfortunately our experience of a lunch on December 31 did not convince us. The semi-cooked foie gras that we shared honored the Landes region. A cassolette of squids offered as a starter for 14 euros delivered you perfectly formatted squids extracted from distant oceans... doubtless judging it insufficient for an average appetite, the waiter recommended a little too urgently an additional fries still priced at 6, 90 euros!!! The veal chop was a good size and of good quality as advertised with chanterelles... in Lilliputian quantity and overcooked. With a single dessert at 4.50 euros and a Cotes de Gascogne wine at 19 euros first price the bill came to 87.10 euros. At this price you can ask for tablecloths and cloth napkins, a service which is not limited to asking who took what but observes some old criteria such as serving on the same side, serving Madame first. At 1 p.m., despite very average attendance, there was no longer a daily menu which did not offer any choice. You will find in neighboring Spain a restaurant with a menu for 24.50 euros where after a careful appetizer you can choose between 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts… wine included. You are served on tablecloths with cloth napkins. The differential is very much to the disadvantage of Bordeaux. You can go, we will move on………

15/09/2024: Back in Dax for the 7th year we went to dinner as always at sans Pietro. Friendly welcome from the boss, service provided by two smiling and efficient waitresses. The cuisine is generous and tasty, an establishment to recommend

03/09/2024: It's a place we used to frequent but unfortunately we won't be returning. The last time I asked to change my daughter's diabolo and even if it didn't work, the waitress changed it. Last Saturday we ordered diabolos, my husband's, nothing to complain about but mine without bubbles, my husband told me to have it changed but to go to the counter and report it for greater discretion, the angry waitress telling me that it was a new bottle and she shows it to me and indeed it was started but from one glass not 2 I remarked to her and told her that she must have given me the rest of another bottle and she replied that the last time I already did it to him in a tone I felt very small in front of my school teacher I told her not to take it like that and that I had come to relax not to get yelled at, she ended up changing my glass but furious. I tell my husband and explain to him that I just want to leave, she has ruined my appetite and he tells me try to ignore it. She arrives with the pizzas she serves my husband and before serving mine she stares at me uncomfortably while holding the plate and tells me it suits you or you have to make it again too, I tell her yes that's fine, she comes back to the load and still hasn't put the plate down and adds are you really sure you don't want us to do it again and still looking at me there I told him that's enough now I didn't come there to make myself yell The boss kept apologizing, but unfortunately it's difficult to find staff and the waitress is playing games, it's because of people like that that restaurants close Furthermore, having worked for many years in catering and having had my own business, I can affirm that when a drink is served in the dining room it must be in a glass bottle uncapped in front of the customer and not served from a one-liter plastic bottle, prepared at the bar. It is not the same VAT and this is why it is authorized to serve from a plastic bottle provided that the consumer is seated at the counter but not in the dining room As for the pizza we each ate barely half, my husband because his was dry like cardboard and very salty and mine was good but this story took away my appetite, I am greedy and unable to make the deadlock on dessert but there I couldn't The prices have increased on the restricted menu and the quality is no longer there unfortunately

04/11/2024: Great little “restaurant” the sandwiches are really good and fresh. 5.50€ for the chicken sandwich (my favorite) Then their maxi cookies are really too great. I've been taking it since high school, so it's been 15 years already and it's still just as good. I gave my children a taste and they are also fans.
