19/09/2024: For a birthday we were able to enjoy the exceptional setting of Villa Mirasol at Bistrot 1912. Attentive and pleasant service with a delicate attention to the guest celebrated that day. The dishes were excellent (a small downside for some on the dish because it was a little too salty) but that did not detract from the quality of the taste experience. Thanks again for everything! Next time we will test the starred table.

09/09/2024: Concernant l'hôtel il n'y a rien à redire. C'est vraiment top. En revanche la restauration n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Le service est très lent et complètement désorganisé. Arrivés les 1ers j'ai dû demander que l'on veuille bien prendre notre commande, celles des autres arrivés après nous ayant été prises. J'ai dû également demander la carte des vins. Les verres ont été déposés sur la table n'importe où et on ne nous a pas fait goûter le vin. Les verres apéritif ont été enlevés pendant que nous mangions le plat. Concernant le menu seul le foie gras était bon. Même garniture quelque soit le plat choisi. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Dommage car le site est absolument magnifique. Marc Franche

The welcome was warm and we really appreciated the kindness and good advice of the young girl who served us. We will come back soon, that's for sure! The setting is also very pleasant.

28/07/2024: Fuimos de casualidad a este restaurante al fallarnos otro que teníamos reservado. El resultado muy bueno. El menú que probamos fue muy completo, económico y muy bueno. Variedad de platos a escoger y alguno se salía de lo habitual. Escogimos revuelto de setas con gambas y pescado, canelón de toro, cazuelita de sepia con verduras y champiñones, la chuleta de cerdo con patatas y de postre pastel ruso con helado de vainilla y brazo de gitano de nata. Si volvemos por Bielsa repetiremos seguro.

15/09/2024: Nous avons cru les bonnes critiques mais nous sommes déçus. Service très sympathique et endroit agréable. Pour le reste, plus de plat du jour ( pour lequel nous étions venus ) ! à 13 h, plus de tartare, plus de trois sortes de pizzas, en gros stock mal géré Nous nous sommes rabattus sur un fish and ships moyen et des tempuras de légumes trop gras On hésitera à essayer a nouveau

13/09/2024: Déjà deux fois que je viens dans ce restaurant . Une fois dans le patio très agréable et aujourd'hui en salle . J ai choisi la formule à un prix vraiment très abordable . Entrée plat dessert . Tout était excellent . Une finesse de goût. Bravo au cuisiner et à l accueil. Je recommande et reviendrai .

24/06/2024: The waitress, who I think is the manager of the place, very friendly and understanding, gave us each a billing receipt, always with a word to laugh and create a good atmosphere. I recommend without hesitation if you come to Mont de Marsan and for dessert I recommend the Dame Blanche, a pure delight.
