05/04/2024: We had the pleasure of coming to eat at your establishment this evening. The experience deserves to be highlighted. Flawless from start to finish, whether in terms of service, pleasant, discreet and careful. A beautiful wine list and rare thing, all the details (year, grape varieties, winegrowers) are specified. And what about the meal! 7 guests around the table and all unanimously said that it was exceptional. A big congratulations to the whole team, thank you for giving us such a delicious moment.
30/03/2024: While there is absolutely nothing to complain about the dishes (everything is of very good quality, very tasty and served generously), the service was particularly lacking during our meal.
We were seated and then “left” at our table for a good twenty minutes. We had to flag down the waiters several times for various things, the bottle of wine ordered was left far from our table, etc etc.
The decoration is very nice.
Allow €60 per person (starter, main course, dessert with aperitif and wine).

15/05/2024: Very refined Asian cuisine, the starter salads are phenomenal. Fair price on the entire menu. There is however an exception, the bobun which is much too expensive for what it is worth. I have often eaten more hearty and tasty bobun for much less money. For the rest of the menu, nothing to complain about.

24/03/2024: So so so so good and such a fun restaurant with a lovely local family running the whole operation. A must try while in Loire
23/03/2024: I've been telling myself for a long time that we should go there, something I did last night to end a busy week. Light and tasty appetizers, a full-bodied bisque, a bo bun bowl that I dream of one day being able to match...and dessert, I advise you to go there for a snack, because even if I try hard to describe it to you, it will not be as detailed as if it were savored in real life!
Service with smiles, a positive approach right down to the phrasing, all this encourages you to always see the glass half full! And the wine, Thierry Chardon, the generation between mine and my father's, a football player, who is undeniably a damn good winemaker!
Well done everyone, the Michelin can come, you are ready.

14/05/2024: J' ai pris une des galettes dans les plus chères, et on m' a servi avec cette galette une tranche de jambon sortie d'un paquet de 8 tranches fines que je trouve en supermarché. Elle devait peser 50 grs, et je n' exagère pas. Jamais de ma vie de quinquagénaire on ne m' a servi ça dans un restaurant, une honte !! Pourtant, une galette, c' est comme une pizza, c' est ce qui rapporte le plus, alors ça doit être un minimum copieux, un poil généreux, et sûrement pas avec une tranche ultra fine sortie d' un paquet sous vide. A fuir !!

Starter main course dessert 14.50 eur, for the price I would say it's correct, if you want something refined go your way
29/05/2024: What can I say other than Wow!!! We came this Wednesday, May 29 in the evening and we simply enjoyed ourselves. Warm environment. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. I hope to have the chance to come back.

07/05/2024: Nous avons déjeuné dans cet établissement lors d’un séjour juste à côté.
Nous avons été très bien reçu par l’ensemble du personnel, le service est rapide et propre.
Nous étions 6 et personne n’a trouvé à redire sur la qualité de son repas.
Je ferais juste une critique, sur la carte il est bien précisé que pour tous changements d’ingrédient ( dans le burger maison ) il y aura un surcoût de 1€ … nous ne pensions pas que cela serait également valable en demandant une omission de produit … on en demande moins mais on paie plus cher 🙄.
Sur une facture de plus de 200 € nous avons trouvé cela un tantinets mesquin !

Place renovated and clean overall (presence of nebula bugs to report anyway.
Breakfast with little choice.
31/03/2024: No sound insulation, we were able to enjoy the neighbor's telephone conversation in the evening and be woken up in the early morning by all her comings and goings.
Musty smell in the room and dirty floor
Shower with cold water
Paid parking but very poorly arranged
Price paid 160€ per night this establishment is not even worth half of it
They happily abuse their proximity to the zoo.
To summarize, an establishment to avoid!

the setting is superb, calm on the banks of the Cher.
the cuisine is top notch, small local menu, but homemade and delicious!!! Don't hesitate because they are fighting and have just opened 4 months ago!!! They were flooded by the river directly afterwards
the opening of the establishment so I promised to go and eat this famous goat cheese from La Selle sur Cher with hazelnut breading with homemade fries and a top waiter!!!!
