25/03/2024: Great experience during our visit to the Nantes region. We went there without much conviction, by chance and we were very, very pleasantly surprised by the value for money. So it's certain, the setting of the restaurant is a little confusing and in its own right but the welcome is pleasant and most important, what you will have to eat there and hats off the plates are copious and well prepared, in our case it was really very good, the 3 vegetables accompanying our sea bass fillet were perfectly well made and in 4 variations, Puree, chips, whole and emulsion, the sea bass skin chips were a first. For dessert, homemade lemon/banana tart, unique! I really recommend this table, because from the starter to the dessert everything was perfect......thanks to the chef and the owner. A small village restaurant but which has conquered a must do in Coueron...

05/04/2024: Everything was very good and refined. However…. A few things to improve: - children's menu impossible to take if you are going to eat with 1 or 3 children since the children's menu is made up of an adult menu but divided by 2. So... how to do with only one child? Moreover, certain dishes on the menu are indivisible depending on the server… Flavors can also be very acidic or almost spicy. For children I don't find the card very suitable. it is better not to have a children's menu on the menu. It’s easier for everyone and there are no surprises. - It took us 1 hour 45 minutes to enter and leave. Not great but not bad. It all depends on whether you plan to go with children or adults. - bread is very rationed. Perhaps the cook considers that bread should not accompany his dishes. - the seats are not great but are acceptable. - the table… a little disconnected from the content. If you are looking to create signature cuisine... put a small tablecloth on the table to match the sweetness of the dishes. - if you go as a couple you will have fun. It's worth the detour but I don't find the restaurant suitable for going with family. Damage….

06/04/2024: Food full of love, well done and thank you! From the cocktail to the dessert, including the appetizer, the starter with subtle notes and the fine and tasty main course. Without forgetting the surprising and perfectly coordinated wine! A delight in a welcoming setting where all the attention is reserved for us.

03/04/2024: Another superb experience when we celebrated our wedding at Coraly. The service was perfect, the menu even better and the price very reasonable. We love every experience at this restaurant, which constantly changes the menu to delight our taste buds.

23/03/2024: Very good meal but very expensive for the quantity. A meal with friends but not possible to stay chatting because around 10:00 p.m. the lights start to go out and we are told that it is time to leave. Not really commercial sense because restaurant vouchers were refused on a Thursday evening. I won't go back there.
