01/04/2024: Good quality cuisine, which is degraded by disorganized service. An hour to have the aperitif and the waiter brings us the starters before it is served. Champagne and white wine served hot. Charging for coffee when not served. Serve a crème brûlée instead of crème mousse. Service sorely lacking in manager!

13/05/2024: I recommend the homemade salted caramel waffle with whipped cream. She is exceptional. The chocolate one is with chocolate chips which makes it much less delicious, which is a shame.
11/05/2024: Contrary to recent comments, the waffles remain as delicious as ever and a pleasure for the taste buds. Manuel remains a Bauloise institution and continues to remind us of our childhood pleasures!

26/03/2024: We came for lunch, three adults, three babies and a child (advanced notice). We were very well received, the staff took great care, I have rarely been so well received with children in a restaurant.
The pancakes and pancakes are delicious, garnished just right. Thank you for this moment! I highly recommend

02/04/2024: Sublime restaurant where we shared a good time with family for the Easter weekend!
A refined, gourmet cuisine as we like it (and despite everything relatively hearty....) Fish carpaccio, scallops, lamb, chocolate dessert to die for! Everything was very well cooked (only the risotto was well below and in fact it remained on the plates...).
The staff took great care of our future daughter-in-law who is allergic.
Of course the prices are quite high but the cuisine is exceptional and the view too!! (e.g. Easter menu at 75 euros)
Congratulations to the whole team !
PS / The champagne was sublime too, especially the one at the end!.....

07/12/2023: This evening I went to eat in your restaurant for the first time, we had a welcoming, smiling and kind reception, there was a stand-up show. I had an excellent evening, I totally recommend lesouaiouaiouai (name of the artists) and this Restaurant, if you want to treat yourself, don't hesitate!!!

The food is good, fresh and served with a smile and kindness.

16/03/2024: I recommend this place where I stopped for a little sweet break, without hesitation! I allowed myself to taste their coffee ice cream flavor accompanied by their pistachio flavor with a caramel macaron. I cannot hide the pleasant surprise that this moment gave me.
