25/09/2024: Very good discovery, flavors that take you on a journey.
We had couscous and a tagine. The portions are generous, just like the cuisine. We were able to take away what we couldn't finish.
In addition to eating very well, the atmosphere is friendly and the waitresses are very smiling and exude a lot of sympathy.
I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back to enjoy other dishes!

05/06/2024: Très Déçus par rapport à notre dernière visite, il y a quelques années, et aux critiques :
- terrine de lotte et son aïoli plutôt bonne mais avec du céleri rémoulade tellement fort que cela gâche toute l’assiette
- magret aux pêches demandé rosé et arrivé bien trop cuit
- dos de cabillaud avec sauce safranée (très grasse style aïoli) servi à peine tiède dans un bouillon insipide avec des courgettes crues (et pourtant j’adore les légumes croquants) et des petits pois décongelés à l’anglaise
- dessert crème renversée sur ananas poêlé, on cherche encore la poêle…
On n’y retournera pas
31/05/2024: We came to eat at 12 p.m. at 5 for a birthday, we found the food excellent, also good value for money.
The waitresses are very kind and always with a smile, it's a pleasure!
We will come back to it :)

11/09/2024: One of the culinary highlights in the centre of Cahors, filled with local patrons which is always a good sign. Excellent food, lovingly prepared and sourced from local producers. Make reservations ahead of time because it can get busy, but the service is swift and attentive.

08/09/2024: Mixed experience, despite the good comments on this restaurant. The food was very good but also very (too?) simple for a restaurant in our experience. The cuisine is homemade and that's the big strong point.
We were not able to eat on the terrace because the service was concentrated in the dining room (a shame given the good weather), but this was certainly due to a lack of staff.
The service was strange for us (this is the first time that we see the customers' chairs being used as supports to present the menu signs of the moment / that the desserts were presented brought on a tray / that there was no plating, etc.)
05/09/2024: Friendly, with homemade and local cuisine at attractive prices. Recommended for those who want to get away from touristy places.

07/09/2024: Accueil et service adorable, et aux petits soins. Cuisine savoureuse et joliment présentée. On a adoré nos plats et desserts, tous frais, délicieux et finalement bien copieux dans l'ensemble. Avec un vin bio au pichet, très bien. Le tout à des prix très corrects. On a passé un super moment, on s'est senties à l'aise et accueillies. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe!! :)

We used the catering service of the La Chartreuse restaurant for our wedding and it was a total success! The reception and the meal were very appreciated by the guests! The team this day was really great! The service and their cuisine are fabulous. I highly recommend this caterer who works with good humor and kindness! The manager of the catering service, Gwenn, is simply a wonderful person, very professional, attentive and very efficient.

16/08/2024: Très bonne brasserie. Service rapide et attentionné pour les enfants. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le cabillaud était très bien cuit et très bonne garniture. Très bons desserts également. Un très bon moment.
15/08/2024: cuisine de bistrot bonne, j'ai pris la salade caprese (avec l'accent ) c'était pas mal. le seul problème dans ce restaurant est la joie de vivre... on dirait qu'on arrive pour un enterrement, pas un sourire pas une seule envie de travailler on dirait. je recommande si vous êtes plus tôt aigris de nature si vous êtes joyeux aller ailleurs.
