21/10/2025: Excellent restaurant with a menu featuring local cuisine. A friendly, welcoming atmosphere without any fuss. The decor isn't particularly fancy, but that's not a problem; we appreciate the simplicity. However, on the downside, the cleaning of the premises was inadequate.

08/03/2026: The restaurant at the magnificent medieval Mercure hotel is beautifully decorated and inviting. The dishes are exquisite and imaginative, although the portions are a bit small. The price is somewhat high but appropriate for the location, the service, and the quality of the food. I didn't try the tasting menu, which I'm sure would be more satisfying.
27/02/2026: The service was very pleasant and discreet, with excellent wine recommendations. The starters and main courses were exceptional, with special mention for the "beef in armor" and the "scallops under pressure." We had a wonderful time in a refined setting.

02/04/2026: €60 for two, the value for money was absolutely terrible… The leeks were probably straight from the freezer, they were tasteless, just water. My partner ordered them with duck gizzards, and they were cold compared to the rest of the crepe. The crepes in general weren't hot, barely lukewarm, and completely bland… My partner isn't fussy, but he felt like he was eating in a school cafeteria! A bit disappointed despite the friendly welcome and quick service.

23/02/2026: We arrived a little late, the kitchen was closing, but despite that, we received a very warm welcome. The chefs turned their lights back on, and we had a wonderful meal. The meat was cooked to perfection, as were the vegetables, whose flavors and textures were incredible. Everything is excellent here, from the welcome to the food prepared right before your eyes. Thank you so much!

The service was impeccable, and the dishes, from appetizer to dessert, as well as the recommended wine, were excellent. The price was very reasonable.

15/03/2026: A beautiful establishment on the banks of the Célé River, where all the staff work to make your stay enjoyable; friendliness, helpfulness, clean rooms, excellent food...everything is perfect! I stayed for a week for business, but I will definitely return with my family. I highly recommend this hotel 😊

The food was refined, well-prepared, and generous.
The service was very efficient and friendly. We were delighted with this discovery!
As a bonus, they provided a booster seat for babies (it's great to be prepared!). Thank you!

16/03/2026: The facade is uninviting, but once inside, we discovered a real gem. A simply magnificent Art Deco dining room where you immediately feel at ease. A warm welcome, a discreet yet attentive presence. Excellent meal, very flavorful and very generous. The presentation of the dishes was meticulous. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend it.
07/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. The welcome was cold, the room poorly heated, and the atmosphere nonexistent, with background music interspersed with advertisements. The dated decor is in dire need of a refresh, which is all the more regrettable as the Art Deco setting could be quite charming if it were better showcased. The service was rushed, the food mediocre, and the prices clearly excessive. It was simply not worth the price.

30/12/2025: I am very disappointed regarding the origin of the products I purchased. Two days ago, while passing through Figeac, we bought, among other things, goose rillettes. Not having my glasses to read the origin of the meat, I asked the shop owner if it was French, and he confirmed it was. Once home, I checked, and unfortunately, the meat is from the EU. I would never have bought it if I had known. This is dishonest.
24/10/2025: I stopped to look at the window and the restaurant because I knew what I was looking for but the discomfort created by the person present that day 😯🫤 I didn't even dare to go in to ask for information

19/03/2026: Catastrophic, rude waiters, never come here. They're overwhelmed and they make you feel it more than anything. A little extra for the Caucasian waiter who pushes you to get ahead and the black bartender who speaks rudely to you. Avoid at all costs!
