16/09/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit to this establishment. Accompanied by my mother and aunt, who both have digestive issues, we simply ordered two grenadine drinks at room temperature (making it clear that they couldn't drink cold water). From the moment it was served, the glass of water smelled strongly of mint. After pointing this out, the waitress retrieved it, and we realized it was tap water. The glasses were refilled, but the water still tasted bad. Since we couldn't drink anything, we asked for a refund, which was categorically refused on the pretext that "that's not how they operate." The result: drinks we paid for but couldn't be drunk, a complete lack of consideration for customers' health, and extremely disappointing service. We left disgusted and will not be returning.

23/09/2026: Pleasant service, manager, with a green streak in his hair, very very friendly and very warm towards customers, hot products, clean room, everything was impeccable, not being from Laval I will return to this McDonald's without any hesitation.

24/12/2025: We stayed for a Christmas market weekend. The hotel is very well located, barely a 10-minute walk from the center. There are a few parking spaces in the small streets surrounding the hotel. The room was small, but sufficient for one night. However, the bedding was very soft and the walls were thin. The breakfast room is tiny, but the buffet was well-stocked.

18/07/2026: Hello, After ordering a Caesar salad and a Milano salad, we had to wait at least 30 minutes. The waitress was unfriendly. The salad was swimming in dressing. The salmon was tasteless. The dressing was room temperature in this heat. I do not recommend it.

21/10/2026: The restaurant is across from the water (hence the name), but it's actually more on a road than on the water (but that's okay). The dining room where we ate was quite small and noisy (we were a group of eight). The welcome was friendly, the waiter was competent and chatted well with the customers. However, it seems difficult to serve the starters and main courses separately (to avoid wasting too much time between starters/mains and mains/desserts), which wasn't a big deal, but it made for a very long lunch (I know there were eight of us, but there were a maximum of 15 people in the restaurant). As for the food, the price is reasonable, but the steak tartare was so-so. No seasoning was offered (no sauces), and the quality of the tartare itself was poor (nothing inside, no capers, no preparation, just chopped, so it ended up being a bit boiled, sorry). The dessert, on the other hand, was good (nougat glacé). Overall, a bit of a mixed bag for me.

13/07/2026: The restaurant offers four air-conditioned meeting rooms, a very welcome detail! Friendly service, a family atmosphere, and a good selection of appetizers and desserts at the buffet. I recommend it!

26/06/2026: I wonder what was drier: the bread, the cheese, or the mashed potatoes. The beetroot in the cold buffet was inedible (I pointed it out to the waiter, who clearly didn't care). As for the dessert, two spoonfuls were enough to stop the carnage. The first was to break the crust on top (everything in this restaurant is definitely dry), and the second was enough to completely kill my appetite. The coffee, however, was very good, which justifies the single star in this review.

22/02/2026: Very friendly welcome, we were there with our dog, the galette was very good and the crêpe delicious.
